Cons:Flew in around 8:30 and were turned away at the counter. They had our reservation, but wouldn't honor it. They blamed Kayak fire the confusion...Horrible experience.
Cons:Don’t like having a $500 deposit put on renting a car if you have a Oklahoma driver license. Think that is BS. Won’t use a thrifty ever again. Other company I’ve used never did that.
The car was new and clean and full of gas. The transaction was fast and easy. I’ll rent from them again.
I could not rent a car because they did not accept my Brazilian driver's license. I went there at the Thrift and was badly treated by the attendant, and have no car. It is amazing that I received this without even renting the vehicle.

Cons:The car was not clean on the inside. In this time of Covid, the feeling of getting into a car with a feeling it is not clean questions whether I'll use Thrifty gain.

Pros:Thrifty charged $300 againsst my bank debit card without any explanation and told me upon returning the car that it would take up to 10 days to restore this amount. I will not rent from Thrifty again.

Cons:I called ahead and the representative told me I had to have a major credit card. The representative was quite rude. I was trying to explain that it was my bank card. She asked about my flight info. I didn’t have a flight however I live near the airport. It seemed like this really freaked her out and she was kinda rude and repeated ‘well you have to have a major cc we don’t rent cars’. Needless to say I will not use them again.
