Pros:The whole package
Pros:We had a last minute need to rent a car. We place a reservation online and headed out to Alamo a 1/2 hour later. Vincent had the paperwork ready to go and had us out with rental very quickly/efficiently. That was great as we expected a longer pick-up period!
Cons:The paperwork stated that the reservation was for an intermediate sized car and we got a compact- a Nissan Versa. We got charged at the immediate rate. Not sure why that charge was set-up that way or if we mis-read the online reservation info. The Versa front tires needed either replacement or re-balanced as there was front end vibration through the steering wheel on the highway. The rear tires were near or at end of their life- not much tire tread left- especially if someone had to drive in very wet road conditions. Lots of road noise for a compact. Surprised at overall condition of car. We will rent again at Alamo, but not a compact.

Cons:it would have been better if they gave me a car with good gas mileage. a V6 chevy impala is not good on gas mileage when traveling 4-5hours back and forth in a weekend
Pros:Drop off was great> The agent was very helpful he corrected a mistake the agent made when I picked the car up. I will use Alamo in the future because of how help David was in Chattanooga.
Pros:Experienced no problems in car rental process. Checkin and drop-off staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Car was clean, good working order, full tank. No issues with responsibility for pre existing scratches/dings.
Cons:Only wish the price would have been cheaper but it was still affordable and comparable to other rental car agencies for same time frame and location.

We had two issues. First was the pick up of the car at the Naples Airport. There was no one at the counter for 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. There was a line of people five people deep that have been waiting for an hour. No one in the building seem to know if there was an Alamo person available to get us our cars that day. When the gentleman who was the manager did show up he said he’d had to deliver A. Car to someone. So clearly, there is a staffing problem. The manager himself was just fine, but we had to pick someone up at the airport at a certain time and missed that time. The second issue we had was we rented a minivan because we needed to transport six people. We were told we could have a jeep instead that only held for people. Thank goodness I went out to the lot to look at it before we agreed. So then we had to wait another 30 minutes for a minivan to get washed. It really shouldn’t take two hours to pick up a rental car at the Small local airport. We were very disappointed and we use another Car Rental company next time
