Happy Hour bar (2:1). Very large rooms with balcony. Very nice relation price x quality (25€/night/T1, 27.Nov.2010)
We’ve rent two T1 and both with some problems. The maintenance must be improved, we had problems with AC (we had to change one of the rooms in the 2nd day) some lights didn’t work (microwave and kitchen) and the electric system went down because one of the lights.

we had the indoor pool to our self everyday because the hotel was so quiet but could have been hotter for indoor pool especial for kids.

The location was good - outside of town, but a cheap taxi ride into town. Close to the Ocean and bus routes. Rooms were large with a balcony, full kitchen and full bathroom. We actually preferred staying here to our 5 star hotel down the road where we had been for 5 nights previously! There is also a convenience store attached to the hotel which is not overprices. Makes for a very easy self-catering holiday!
Pull out trundle bed had stains on mattress and was not made up. Extra sheets were only available the next day although we had extra blankets and pillows. No broom or mop available in rooms.

I love this hotel. Great value for our money! The appartments size was great for 4 people, kitchen well organized. Staff was great, we were able to switch room so we could wake up and have great ocean view! Kids loved the pool! Housekeeping was really friendly. Great service at hotel bar.
The hotel facility could be cleaner (window in common areas really dirty, spider webs ... ). Hot tub didn't work, but pool was really nice and warm (indoor).

“It is a hotel with good potencial but It needs some improvement. Maybe back in the days it was better, but now it is in need of some better maintenance and cleanliness. Hotel room is very spacious and also comfortable. Pool bar had good service, the attendant was nice and polite. The hotel is located in a very good area, close to the beaches, restaurants and other facilities.”
