Bed was good, bathroom nice, staff friendly!
The floors weren't real clean. I noticed this before I washed my feet and had been barefoot in the room. My feet were extremely dirty. I understand it's difficult to keep laminate floors clean but that's why I choose rooms with laminate bc I feel they can be mopped, etc.
They need a security person walking the property at night and I would stay here in every time. Won’t stay here next time without that. I will be in ABQ 2-3 times per month for the next several months.
Not a good feeling , not because of the hotel himself, which is “you get what you pay for”, but because they just don’t know what is kindness or good manners. There are a lot of notes posted everywhere remembering the hotel policies ... don’t do this don’t do that. We are in summertime and swimming pool only opens from 4pm to 9pm ?? C’mon !! It’s ridiculous, there are 90 and + degrees outside !! At check in you must agree and sign (!!) that smoking marijuana is not permitted in your room .... do they think we are stupid ? Sometimes a smile or perhaps some words like “May I help you ?” would be appreciated by customers.
Spacious. Only one entrance at night. Protected parking area (razor wire on fence). Wi-fi worked.
the room was clean the second room
pillows are small throw pillows not real pillows and the fact they let guest party in the parking lot all night drinking and doing drugs and when i told the lady at the front desk that there were cockroaches in my room she told me it was because of all the rain first they are cockroaches not water bugs they try to stay away from water people are not dumb she did change my room but after i asked how the board of health would feel about it dont think ill be staying there again everytime something goes wrong here its always out of there controll not the answer to give a frequent traveler.
