The hotel didn't honor my reservation and tried to charge 4 times the reserved price at check in.
Pros. It looked nice, they have made some upgrades. I liked that the rooms had a fridge, microwave, closet, tv, ironing board and optional safe.
Cons. The bed and pillows. The bed was ROCK hard. And pillows were tiny squares. I woke up several times in the night and even contemplated sleeping on the floor instead of the bed since the carpet would of been softer. The coffee was terrible. They say free breakfast but then cancel it “because of covid”... I feel like if they are advertising that on their website when you book, they should at least offer takeout breakfast options. Also, the mirrors and showers are made for VERY short people. I am almost 5’10 and I had to bend down just to see my face in the mirror or get any water on my face in the shower. The worst part by far was the bed though. My husband and I both slept AWFUL.
