Good and modern unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to public holiday. Were recommended an alternative nearby.
The restaurant is closed on sunday evening Hotel is difficult to find, it is not located on the Avenida Europa itself, there is no sign to indicate where it is.
The location is perfect for travelers who will be on Highway the next morning, the hotel is right next to Madrid highway. Free parking. It's very weird the beds with wheels on, the bed is moving all the time....
The decor of the hotel, cleanlinees as well as the excellent food served at restaurant
good price for quality of hotel no evening meals at this time of year - not made clear during booking
Free Wifi (need a PIN at reception), toiletries amenity Far from the railway station (walking distance more than 10 minutes)
Everything was very nice the noise of the air conditioned
The Reception Area. Ugly room carpet, old tv.
the breakfast was good it was clean and airy the beds were hard, late night access was awkward the restaurant did not open till 2030 hours(far to hungry to wait till then)
The staff was really nice and helpful, and the facilities were really nice. The room was great and their breakfast buffet was awesome. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. It is not close to Madrid city center but not far either about 30mins using the metro, but still great value for your money.
Staff Safe box was not working
Cleanliness of room , restaurant on site, quiet location, two type of pillows available Handle in the bathroom missing, magnifying mirror's support broken, staff not always available at front desk
The breakfast is excellent
The big room, the big double bed.Very clean room and toilet.Easy and free parking.Kind staff. The access to the hotel was problematic. There was not in the navigation system.
Nice staff, nice rooms (good beds, luxurious bathroom), very priceworthy dinner buffet. Cheap minibar. It is a bit isolated. Trains and metro take 15 minutes to walk to the station first. Line 4 brings you to central Madrid in 20 minutes for € 1,85 However with a taxi you'll be at the Palace in Madrin in 10 minutes for € 20,-
Hot water for showers, breakfast included, very clean and staff was most helpful, very kind and always smiling which we have found lacking in some hotels
OK if you have to be around for business; not too much recommended for touristic visits of Madrid it self
Hotel staff was nice and helpfull and even the housekeeper spoke basic english, room was clean and bed really confortable. Room was overviewing the highway (no noise, by the way) - location for me was perfect, as i had some things to take care of - just 10 minutes walking distance in Alcorcon. Really close to Alcorcon Central underground station also. Will definately use again when traveling to Alcorcon.
Better security in the parking (our car was burglarized and according to the receptionist wasn't the first one that week)
Nice, clean and comfortable room. Pleasant & helpful staffs with free parking. Its located outside Zone A, thus if you travel to the city by metro. You'll need to purchase a combination tickets. The nearest metro station is around 5-10min walk from the hotel.
Very clean, room and bathroom big enough. Friendly staff. Although located near the motorway windows were good isolated so it was quiet. The sink in the bathroom was too small. The location is not very practicable when coming by car as you can leave only in one direction and if you want to go to the other direction it is a quite long way turning around with difficult traffic situations.
The staff was very helpful, good location right off the motorway and a short 5-7 minute walk to the metro/train station.
Fresh air, easy access to Metro and train, low noise !!! (very important for Spain), prices in according with service, prices exactly as indicated on your site. Very poor (even bad) breakfast!!! Very small choice and every day is the same!
Good modern hotel, nice rooms, wifi in room worked well and good breakfast
The location was very good for where I needed to go and had very easy access to down-town Madrid as well (at least during this time of the year) The breakfast could be improved.
bathroom in the hotel The bar was not open throughout our stay and there were no shops nearby so we we're unable to get a drink (even a bottle water) or any food at the hotel. If they are not going to provide the bar/restaurant facilities they should at least have a vending machine.
Friendly employees, particularly the night clerk, breakfast OK.
Hotel facilities Relativly small room!
Free internet access, cheap underground parking. Location isn't great, but metro access looked to be good (I didn't use it however).
We were a party of 50 people from Ireland in Madrid for a Wedding and our needs were not catered for regarding food and drink services The Hotel could have made more money from our party if services were provided at the weekends -also we could have done with a swimming pool as it was so hot during our stay - also the surrounding landscape would not be the most attractive sceanery to look at .Bussiness wise you should look at your weekend services if you want to make more money in this time of world recession. Yours sincerely Patricia Doyle We would all have liked to spend our last night at the Husa but on account of no evening meals or after drinks we had to take our business into the nearest town(Boadilla del Monte). You could have done with one extra Barperson for better service for a crowd of people like ourselves.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Husa Madrid Hotel
The cleanliness inside the hotel The air conditioner was a bit noisy, except for that everything was good
There was no evening meal on the Saturday and nowhere to even get a drink there was no coffee or beer the cafeteria and restaurant was closed for the weekend and on returning home we found they had charged us 7 euros for a breakfast we did not have.
place and price
Everything was very new, the proximity to a major shopping center and to Warner Park The 1 hour wait for breakfeast one day.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is directly next to a large shopping outlet. The breakfast in the morning is large and a good value, but if you don't make it there until late in the morning you may be faced with a line up for food. The hotel is far from the city and a cab ride is expensive, so public travel is a must, unfortunately it stops shy of midnight.
close to shopping centre. breakfast included, lots of free parking spaces, brand new hotel. I could not find in the GPS.
The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was OK The phone didn't work, and the walls, for a new hotel, were paper thin.
excellent location for Park Warner
The hotel is basic, but gives good value for the money. It was a good choice for a night stop during a trip to southern Spain. Breakfast choice and quality was quite poor. The rest was as expected, or even a bit better.
It is a very good Hotel that suites us for the break in our journey to the south. good breakfast and the service is friendly and very helpful
Third bed was not comfortable
Rooms are ok Restaurant service is terrible, food is even worse.
Overall it's a very good hotel, very clean spacious, well equiped rooms. Downside is the location, if you got a car then it's worth staying otherwise it's too far from everything especially from centre Madrid.
Ease of access. Breakfast buffet was inconsistently maintained.
clean, bed was comfy. We booked here thinking we were getting a good deal compared to the last time we stayed in Getafe but it kind of wasn't. When it comes to basics, yes they were good but based on the little extras I wouldn't stay there again. We could never get the AC to work in the room and when we opened the window, the outside traffic was too loud to keep it open for long. We had a fridge in the room but no minibar to purchase. And that usually wouldn't bother me but we were so thirsty in the middle of the night and I had to go down to the lobby to ask if they had anything available. I put the do not disturb sign on the door before we left for the day and when we returned, the maid had entered and cleaned everything. Again, appreciated but we had left our stuff everywhere and what's the point of putting that on the door then. There was no safe in the room. Also, not close to any means of transportation. You'd have to take a bus or taxi to get you to the closest metro or train station which isn't within walking distance.
very comfortable room excellent bathroom facities and very cleen good parking facilities although we were very comfortable other guests were very inconsiderate and rather noise having loud conversations in the hallways.language battier in hotel was quite hard and no allowance for vegetarian diets
The staff, the silence and comfort. the restaurant with a good ratio price/quality The cleanliness could be improved in the rooms
Perfect hotel if you are a business traveler with appointments in the getafe area.
Hotel is modern with nicely designed rooms. Great location for Warner Bros park and easy commute to Madrid by car. Large shopping complex 5 minutes drive. If you don't have a car this is not a place you would want to stay.
the silence and the location
Its location suited me well for visiting the Airbus site (courtesy bus was provided and only a 20 minutes walk if wished). The building was new, modern and clean. The WiFi was effective, fast and free. Some TV channels were available in English and reception was good. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. The aircon in the room did not work. When asked for the instructions I was told it only heated anyway (would have not been good for a Spanish summer). I found the room too hot when I returned, and opening the window did not help much. The hotel lacked character and although built in 2009 there seemed lots of minor things were showing signs of wear - I therefore think the quality of build was not very good.
The modern, simple elegant furnishings and fittings. Quiet location yet convenient for station and Carrefour. The staff all of whom were friendly, helpful and professional. Not being able to get a coffee before 7am. The bar area was not really conducive to enjoying a drink, being just an extension of the reception space.
poor layout of the reception, limited availability of sauna
Quiet, clean, close to train/metro
Nothing The staff are distance, no food available, no room service, no Gideon Bible in room, no tea/coffee in room
The weekend rate is very good value for a good room and good service
Very friendly staff. Excellent accommodations for a very good price. New hotel, very clean. I highly recommend it. Hard to find
We arrived by car. You can get to downtown Madrid by Metro in aprox. 50min. Good-value for 4* with breakfast. Breakfast isn't 4*, although it was adequate. We got a bit depressed, being in the uninteresting outskirts of Madrid.
Good price relation. The location e is in the middle of car shops.Breakfast is a little limited for a 4 star hotel
the location was great. it was near to shopping and high way to airport hotel staff were unpleasant.. never smiled and hard to approach
quiet, considering the location (public shopping mall) receptionist was unable to arrange for a taxi, in Madrid, in November - there were always plenty around
The Hotel is nice and is handy for shopping. The Hotel is too far from the City Centre to be used for a city break and the reception staff could be a little more customer focused.
The luxury room with balcony on the shopping-site and the hospitality of all the people of your hotel I made a reservation for a room for 4 days. At first we get roomnumber 111. This is a room without balcony and no vieuw at all! That is unacceptable for a 4-days stay. We made our complain at the ladys of the reception and they gave us roomnr. 135. That was an excellent room.
near to shopping stores Staff was unpleasant.. unkind.. no smiles
Hotel is above shopping centre with lots of restaurants for all budgets. There is also a fancy fountain display in the mall, which a lot of the restaurants look out onto. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from a train station that takes you into Madrid Atocha in about 10 minutes, and the Warner Bros park is about 25 minutes away (by car). The rooms are basic, but spacious enough for two adults and two young children. Free WiFi works well.
Set in large shopping complex with loads of eateries, However, we dined in hotel restaurant each evening. Not only excellent value but great food and attentive service. 5 minutes from Carrascal tube into Madrid (one change required but quite simple). Room comfortable and well appointed. Parking sectioned off from the shoppers. Range of shops impressive if that is what you want,
big supermarket in 1 minute of walk, 5 min to underground, free drinks in refregirator the veiw from window to the opposite wall
ease of parking... location...
You are next to a highway and you can't leave the hotel without a car!!!!
friendly service provided by the staff breakfast was separate
The hotel was very convenient for the motorway and had secure parking. The tapa in the bar was the worst tapa I have ever eaten!
equipment, free bottle of water in frige, fast internet connection there could be more english language channels
Very friendly staff and very helpful in getting around a new city, the room was more than comfortable and had a good range of amenities. It was only the location of the window and that it was not able to be opened up fully ( or if it was, I could not figure it out) to enjoy a better view from the window.
The hotel took me in although I came before check in time by a few hours, it is centrally located in Getaffe near the market and the food outlets and is yet very quiet as a hotel. It was newly renovated and the rooms and bathroom were great with hot jet water and the cleaners did a great job.
Very good location in the center of Getafe, close to the train station (linking Getafe to Madrid in about 15 minutes) and shops. Only the lack of a lift, however we stayed at the first floor. A more practical (and feasible) improvement would be placing a small fridge in each room.
The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean, everything was almost new. The price of the room was very good, the receptionist speaks English and it was very kind. It's outside Madrid. Although, in the metropolitan area of Madrid. By train you make 20 minutes to the City Center (by metro, around 1 hour). The railway station is very close. They had no curtains on the windows, only drapes, so you had to stay with the drapes and the lights on, or people on the street could easily see you in the room.
Room was clean. Friendly staff. Extremely noisy at all hours. Could hear loud conversations in other rooms, footsteps, excessive street noise.
I'm glad to meet the owners brother,George and one of the employee,John who speak English fluently and are able to assist us in many ways. Thanks to them I have a great trip to Spain
Internet is for free, the room was nice,... Parking is to expensive, the garage its to small to park,...
Firstly I liked that the staff of the hotel was always ready to help me with all the problems that could emerge; another positive moment was surely the cheap cost of the hotel while situated not too far from the metro station and other means of transportation.
Good wifi and nice staff. Ordinary breakfast but good value for money
The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were great! The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating, and the food from the restaurant was delicious! Also the close proximity to Getafe Central...5 minutes or less by foot! The say they offer daily cleaning, but it's really just tossing the trash and making the bed. There was hair from someone other than me from the moment I got there to when I left...from either a previous guest or someone who cleaned. The breakfast buffet was very limited for 6 euros...could have probably eaten somewhere else for much cheaper with more options. Also was far from the city centre: about and hour or so from Getafe Central to Sol on the metro.
Comfortable overnight stop with good facilities and easy access to good value restaurant 50 metres away
Hotel design and the resturant design that are together are so nice. and breakfast and hotel staff were good. hotel is in the zone B of madrid and it is expensive and time consuming to reach it especially from airport, therefore it is not good place for who wants to visit the city.
Room was very nice. Staff were friendly. Location for us was good as we did not want to drive into Madrid and instead we were able to drive to the nearby train station and caught the train into Madrid which was convenient. Shower head was awesome but ended up flooding the bathroom. Air conditioning was working which was great because it was 38 degrees in Madrid while we were there. Can't really understand why they charge for parking when other hotels with similar parking garages do not. Shower cubicle still had hair clips from the previous guest which made us question the cleanliness of the shower. Shower ended up flooding the entire bathroom because the drain wasn't draining well enough.
Great room, nice restaurant and very good structure. Great value for the price.
Dinner buffet, huge and delicious. The stuff doesn't speek English at all.
nothing really Staff not professional, toilet was not cleaned, wifi connection poor or not working, food in restaurant the worst I have experienced for a too high price (16 euros buffet incl.drink), noise from the restaurant, bar was not open. This hotel is like a chinese tool, it looks good from the outside but the quality is very poor.
We were trapped in lift/elevator when it broke down. No apology from hotel management. Aditional car parking charges
The breakfast The spaces in the room. It was the smallest where I`ve been in my life
I was close to university Carlos III.
The hotel reception staff was very courteous and friendly. This is an uncomfortable hotel. It looks and feels dingy. The smell of cigarettes was extremely strong, even in a non-smoking room. Even worse than that, the hallway stunk of dead fish and garbage. The room was poorly laid out, so that even though it was large in square footage, there was no place to put things. I stayed there only because there was no other place near the University.
price, comfort location
The hotel is quite nice. The staff was nice, the location is good, it's comfortable. I recommend it. My room didn't have a window, only a skylight.
Nice hotel, good room, good breakfast friendly people. Not so far from the metrostation to visit Madrid. We had a good time over there. The last day during the breakfast it was very busy and a lot of noice in the diningroom
I went into the city every day, and found it to be a little bit far, but it's close to a metro station and a Cercanias station, so it wasn't hard to get in, just about 20 minutes. It was exactly what I needed
- Very nice hotel in general - Very small room with no windows ! - terrible situation, no way to park your car in the town, so no other choice than to use the private parking and to add 15 EUR to the price of the room !
Cleanliness of the room. The rooms are not soundproof. However, being that I was out all day sightseeing, I was too tired to even be bothered.
The hotel was slightly dated, but very clean and the food and service in the resturant was very excellent. Its is very hard to find and you need a car to visit any attractions as the only access to the city is via a bus then the metro. Buses stop at 9.20pm. There is no where to go on foot from the hotel.
Noise from traffic at a4 could not be heard! Swimming pool opens only during the afternoon from 13h to 18h. This is very uncommon and the information was not published here intentionally as staff at reception admitted. lcd tv had no signal (only blue screen). No air conditioned remote control was available nor any way to control the unit unless using the disconnector next to it.
