Pros (+) Roomy, location, reasonably clean, decent service, frequent shuttles, next to premium 24hr grocery, bike share across the street.
Cons (-) Metro was 10 minute hike away.

Cons (-) The hotel scheduled a wedding which lasted well into the morning hours, keeping many guests from being able to sleep, including us. There were many complaints to the switchboard, but the manager was not present, and the employees were not empowered to do much.

Pros (+) The location, the surrounding stores, the room, the balcony (cost less than $10 extra) and the balcony view, the customer service, the cleanliness...no complaints at all. We were VERY IMPRESSED and will be back when in town!

Pros (+) Overall the experience was pleasant, rooms are nice, front desk help is always very nice. Your shower water pressure is excellent and a big deal :). Rooms are satisfactory.
Cons (-) Your bar area seemed a little blah. It could use a bit of a face lift. The bartender was also not bad, but slow and not engaging.
