Pros (+) The amenities were top-notch and the hospitality of the staff was second to none! Every single person I interacted with went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed at all times. The ClubSport gym is amazing too - I had 6 AM swims both mornings, followed by incredible Gorilla Milk smoothies at the cafe, and I can't imagine a better start to the morning.
Cons (-) Honestly, everything was absolutely great, but since you asked, some of the decor in the rooms could use a bit of a refresh, but really, I enjoyed everything immensely.

Pros (+) All of the staff were wonderful. The food in Citrus is very good and healthy.
Cons (-) Our in room air conditioner did not work and the coolest we could get the room was 78 degrees. Very uncomfortable. Then in the morning this "sewer smell" came into the room and hall. Cons (-) Too crowded from the sport gym guests. Can't find a quite corner in public areas.parking fees are excessive.
