Pros (+) Friendly man at front desk. The fact that the property looks like the "Bates Motel" (inside AND out) isn't his fault, I suppose... The rooms were clean enough.
Cons (-) The temperature in the room when we arrived was 60 degrees! "No problem", I thought, "I'll just crank the thermostat." 4 hours later, the paltry emanations from the baseboard heater got the room to around 68 degrees. Unacceptable!!! Everything is horribly outdated and done to the bare minimum. Don't rent a room here unless 1) it's the last available one within 200 miles, or 2) you're only going to...

Cons (-) Loud TV from the room next door til almost 2:00AM then snoring!!! We had to get up very early the next morning and did not get much sleep at all. Not the motels fault. Thicker walls would've been a God send!
