Pros. The hotel staff was very nice, the rooms are clean and nice looking, Plus I have cookies in the lobby haha
Pros. Value and comfort.
Cons. Breakfast was not very good. Bland and not much variety. Desk staff were not always knowledgeable, especially evening staff. Seemed like we were bothering them from reading their book or being on the computer!
Cons. Refrigerator in room did not work, reported at 8 a.m. replaced at 6 p.m. Pillow case had blood stains on it and not replaced when room was made-up. Fan in bathroom made very loud noise that I have never heard from a fan of any kind. When toilet refilled it made a loud high pitched noise. Elevator carpeting looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in months. Room had bad odor.
Pros. It was quiet, convenient to get to and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Cons. I have never left comments before but for the price I was not happy. All Bedding is very stained they need new, you couldn't tell if the bedding was clean or not. Room was not very clean, there was still food and grass on our floor. We had no towels which is no big deal went and got some it just added to the frustration. Maybe train housekeeping better?
