Very friendly & helpful staff. They made me a breakfast to go when they realized that I would be checking out very early before the kitchen opened.
The location is a bit far from the bus station & from the city center. The room condition was a bit run down.
The staff were really very nice, very helpful, for example, calling for a taxi, giving the taxi driver a cup of coffee while he waited for us in the a.m. Both were friendly, willing to put up with me wanting to practice my Dutch, but ready to speak English when necessary.
We were in the annex, and our room was not so special. But it was clean and bathroom/shower was good.
Your staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The restaurant produces excellent meals (heel erg lekker!!). Ontbijt was prima en ook de avond dinner. Het was gezellige!.
We stayed in the large room on the ground floor. Overall, the comfort was very good, except for the lack of air conditioning, therefore the "fair" rating. We were there 20 to 25 September but we think it would be uncomfortable in summer, even with the ceiling fan.
It was nearby the place I had to be the next day.
The room was extremely small, I only had a single bed with a TV hanging from the wall. There was no wireless internet however I paid 10 euro for having to sit on the bed with my laptop on a chair plugged into the cable...
Toilette was not cleaned.(Room 31) Very noisy Building with thin doors; Could not sleep anymore from 6.30 on because of all the noise on the floor; Never ever worth 99€ a night;
Location was fine, Staff was nice professional,
Rooms were very small, Very small beds!, outside plaster is coming down from the walls, all in all ok but not recommended ...
A earlier times the quietness. At all times the good comfort and good staff.
A very noisy neighborhood. Young people making noise until 2 in the morning. It was saturday night I agree.
polite staff, great breakfast
carpet was filthy
Cleanliness and towels with dirt
Quiet stay without traffic noise
Everything is OK
A short walk to the tram (number 5), which you can take to Amsterdam. The hotel staff were extemely pleasant.
