Pros (+) The staff is great and very helpful. There were 2 women who worked there and they were very friendly and helpful with getting around Amsterdam. The room was nice and clean. It gave the space we needed to get a good night's rest. My wife liked the coffee the hotel makes.
Cons (-) Way too many smokers and you can smell the smoke when they do smoke. We had to cover the door threshold with a towel to keep the stink outside.
