10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good. Only 3 minutes away from Armori station. The staff is nice.
Cons: Only one shower room. Clean is normal.

Pros: room is clean with shared toilet and bath breakfast is delicious and staffs are friendly even only speak in Japanese
Cons: no elevator (have to carry luggages to upstairs
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Delicious breakfast and warm owner. Very closed to bus and train station. Very cozy and great stay. I will stay here again if I come to Aomori
Cons: A bit old facilities and one shower room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere is really nice, the owner really welcoming and she seems to be managing the welcoming and cooking by herself. Maybe not the most luxurious or confortable place, but it is a traditional familial experience (and still, different from the high ranked one).
Cons: Bathroom is shared with everyone. So if there is many people, you'll have to wait your turn. But the owner called us in our room when it was free :) Wifi was a bit weak. So better search what you need beforehand.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very near the station, clean and comfortable rooms. Comfort room/Shower room is very good. Value for Money in Aomori! Good for solo traveller

9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was traditionally Japanese and beautiful. We had a spacious room with great amenities and a large window facing Mushu Bay. I have great photos but can not attach at the moment.
Cons: No complaints at all. The dinner you can get is good but kind of expensive for what it is.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: - near the train station - the view is fantastic - the public bath is good and the view is also amazing - staffs are good
Cons: - a little bit pricy
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff hospitality and food was more than we expected. They do have some activities that we missed - trip to see fireflies. shamisen performance was also a good choice for guests. Traditional dinner was incomparable and breakfast was the best selection of Japanese unique menus and western ones.
Cons: Staff cannot communicate much in English and not many things to see around the hotel. The town was quiet and not like the other resort where you could enjoy the scenery or walking through the nature. the room was slightly shabby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful onsen! Nice opportunities for walks (hikes) in the surrounding mountains/forests, close to the beach. Pleasant small town. Japanese style rooms are insanely large, for two people it actually was a bit excessive.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: - Room is excellent - Dinner is superb (Love Dinner here so much) - Nice View Room - Very Good facility Onsen - Very Clean and neat - Very Service mind staff - Staff can speak English (Conversation level) - Have Samisen show at night - Very Good location for travel by train (5 minutes walk from station)
Cons: - A little bit expensive (but acceptable) - Outdoor Onsen bathtub is small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Onsen is nice. The facility is good though this is a very long-established hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast is great with a good variety.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, breakfast, and great onsen with a sea view! If location is not a problem (e.g. driving), will recommend this hotel over the business hotels in Aomori city. Maybe not too relevant, but don't forget to visit the aquarium just a kilometer away. It is a small aquarium very reasonablely priced, and you can get so close to dolphins which is never possible in the large aquariums in other big cities in Japan.
Cons: Nothing much, maybe dinner was too expensive which was why I drove out to dine instead.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location, close to seaside and has a superb view from the public bath area.
Cons: The room is too small, facilities are too old.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Everything was Amazing! Only recommendation is to add a steam room or sauna :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view and sunset was amazing. It is 15 mins from Big Buddha. The staff was very friendly and tried their best with English, which was great and made me feel cared for! The sashimi in Set A was wonderful. The buffet food was ok. There was a quick show that was really nice. There is a convenience store only a couple blocks from hotel. Very relaxing hotel with yukata. I only wished I stayed longer.
Cons: 30 mins from Aomori city but there was a train available. I expected our food to be brought to our room like a ryokan I've stayed with before so that was a little disappointing that it was not even an option, but the food we did have (Set A with the sashimi) was absolutely delicious.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was so filling and absolutely delicious with a local flavor. The staff were amazingly friendly, especially the kitchen staff who explained the food and talked about local attractions. The onsen was very nice and great to relax in after a long day. It is a bit of a ride from Aomori city proper on a train, but there are also hikes and other things to do in the area!
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff doesn’t speak English but they help themselves with translator so it’s okay. There is private onsen if you have tattoo. Good for sauna (but that’s only in the public bath so no for tattooed people!)
9.6 Excellent

Onsen are nice and relaxing.the source of water is one of the drinkable hot springs in Japan. Japanese breakfast that change every day the menu., Free transfer to train station. Cons: Bathroom could be 10cm longer. Your knees literally hit the wall when you are on the toilet Still no sandals above size 41 (EU)

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is free and good enough. Simple but good quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free face mask .Best washing machine and free detergent. And Lawson is on the first floor.
Cons: Location
5.8 Okay
Cons: The Super hotel main signs was not turned on the date when I checked in. Driving a car and trying to find the hotel is hard, end up missing and circling a few times before finding the place. breakfast and staffs are the worst among the 3 super hotels I stayed in this trip (Aomori, Hirosaki & Towanda).
6.7 Good
Pros: The very friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: The rooms though very clean were a bit too small. One has to take a big high step to go into the small toilet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great, and the bed was comfy.
Cons: It takes about 15~20 minutes walking form the JR station.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Difficult to locate the hotel. Hotel name is hiding behind lawson.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for two nights while attending the Nebuta festival. Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff upon arrival. Lawsons is just downstairs! Stayed in a double room and the space was more than enough for a solo traveler! Suitcase could be left open on the floor (I only had a small carry-on sized suitcase with me, but I believe one big suitcase would fit too). Bed was big and comfy. Room included a table + bench/seating which was perfect for having my laptop out and doing some work (I didn't know I was getting this!). Not to mention, the bench was very comfortable too! Lighting in the room was good (I've stayed at a few places around Japan with very limited and dim lighting!) and many charging ports around the room. Bathroom size was fair, slightly larger than average sized Japanese bathrooms; was modern and very clean. The area, as it's a little away from the main station, is quite quiet but you'll still see people of all ages throughout the day and night + cars. Seems to be a relatively safe district to stay in even for young solo female travelers walking back at night. (Getting back to the hotel at night will mean walking past many bars and guys standing outside, but believe they're harmless). I didn't explore the eateries around the hotel but I remember there were numerous ones I walked past. Hotel is very accessible - has a lift; and getting here from the Aomori station with suitcases would be of no problem; the road is flat all the way to the hotel and there's no need to climb any stairs or cross any bridges to get there!
Cons: Was a little bit of a walk from the Aomori Station so if you don't have a lot of time to spare or just hate walking, this might not be the best location for you. In my case, I didn't mind it :D Despite the many charging ports in the room, the voltage was very weak and didn't connect to my devices properly! Breakfast was only average but acceptable. Staff closely monitoring was a little bit uncomfortable. Nothing amazing and selection was not huge (but did change over the days, which is a plus!).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The free breakfast is excellent
Cons: nothing

Pros: the hotel is at the center of thr town, which makes it super easy to visit attrations, do shopping and find something to eat. a really nice place indeed.
7.5 Good
Pros: Convenient location. Clean rooms definitely.
Cons: A little dated but they were going through refurbishments so I think that would be a plus for future guests
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was excellent; it was just a couple of minutes from the train station. The bed and pillow were a bit hard for my liking, but maybe that's how they are in Japan! The size of the room was also very small, but, again, it's Japan!
Cons: There was no lobby on the ground floor, so it was difficult to know we had the right place. The towels were thin. It would've been nice to have an extra one to wrap up my hair after shampooing. Upon finding the entrance, I was a bit nervous about staying there; it's not an attractive entrance; luckily, the hotel itself was better than I thought it would be based on first impressions!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is not too far from train station. It is convenient. It is not far from the tourist attraction in the town. It is near the convenient store. The price is suitable and worth for choosing here to accommodate.
Cons: Nothing to improve.
8.8 Excellent

6.0 Good
Pros: Good price.
Cons: Location was just a bit too far from the train station compared to other hotels in the area. No laundry, which is too bad because there's not much else to do in Aomori at night. APA Hotels also have the unfortunate habit of turning on the heat in early fall, so that the "Air Conditioner" heats the room and the only way to cool the room to a reasonable temperature is to leave the window open.
