Had and ADA room. Not as much room for family of 4. Not enough shampoo or soap. Had to ask from desk, but they had to wait until next day to get from housekeeping. Not enough Kleenex, either. They were waiting for shipment. Breakfasts were good. Good variety and food service person helpful.
Pros. The overall appearance was nice, same for the staff. But, when the neighbor in the adjoining room got very sick and I wanted to leave the management became impossible to work with.
Cons. The management didn't have a comparable room to offer me when the person in the adjoining room got sick and was constantly coughing up stuff all night. I asked to check out and they wanted to bill me one night extra as a penalty for leaving before the end of my reservation. I had to fight with them for over an hour before they let it go. Suggest paying by night only.
Pros. Breakfast was nice. I everybody used it. The bed was also comfortable
Cons. Had trouble draining the water in the tub and couldn't control the AC
