The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the subway station and a 30 minutes ride by taxi to Orly Airport, you have many restaurants across the street plus a Mall to do your last minute shopping. The hotel has all the facilities and the staff is very helpfull, they upgraded our rooms to acommodate us.
The employees' service at the front desk The check-in time is too late and the check-out time is too early.
Was in for New Year's Eve, left the following day. Room was booked at the last minute. I usually travel in hostels, but I have also been at some amazing hotels. Staff gave a very pleasant, both for check-in and check out. Rooms were clean and in order, beds was very comfortable. The price, especially considering the time of year, was very reasonable. Cons: internet was expensive. The hotel is close to a RER B Station and a walk away from Port D'Orleans (where I had my business for this trip), but you are out of the City. The location would be a hassle for most people looking to sightsee Paris, I think.
courtesy and helpfulness of staff Having to request wash clothes at least 6 out of 9 nights from housekeeping. Didn't like having to feel we were imposing on housekeeping to get towels that we feel should have been in the room when we arrived and after we were staying.
quite and resting parking had slopes (bumps) to high for my car (Toyota Aygo), where the car scratch on those bumps; strong smell on the hall for the rooms; The fact that the reception was not aware that we required for an extra bed for our 2.5 years old daughter;
Excellent bed - the best I have ever been in at a hotel!! Room seemed to be a smoker room before
The room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, staff was friendly, familiy atmosphere. The location of the hotel was not in walking distance from last metro station of Porte d'Orléans.
Friendly No tea or Coffee making facilities in the room
Nice to have a pool. Room was very nice, and staff accomodated our 4 person family by ugrading us to a suite at a reduced price.
Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to Metro. Staff very helpful when we wanted directions to Parc de Princes.
Hotel was lovely, staff were really helpful, parking availability at hotel was excellent and a really good rate, very nice surprise!
I hated my entire time at the hotel
Convenient position a short walk to the metro station. Staff v.friendly and helpful. Room v.modern but still comfortable. Swimming pool great. I stay in a lot of 4/5 star hotels and normally prefer older hotels, but I would definitely give this one 10/10 No evening meals available but with a number of good bistros a short walk away this wasn't really a problem
Basically I chose the hotel only for the location, few steps from the exhibition centre....the rest is very average, food bad The welcome by the staff and the way they serve you
Contrary to some reviews on this site, I found the personnel at reception extremely friendly and helpful. I think Oceania actually have read the reviews, and must have instructed the personnel. Some reviewers talked about poor breakfast : untrue ! I took breakfast opposite hotel the 1st day : 11 euro buys you a croissant, orange juice, coffe, and 2 slices of bread and butter. You're much better served, and very friendly, again, in the hotel for 17 euro. It is true, there is no minibar in the room, the remote of the television set did not work very well (small tv also) and no wardrobes to be found. Finally, the 220V-connection is conventionally placed (earth connector at top) but just above the desk, which does not allow any apparatus to be inserted that has a transformer firmly connected to the plug.
The room was a little bit small. Was a little far from the center.
Parking place, sauna, swiming pool.
English speaking staff No top bed sheet
Very clean and modern hotel with above average room size for Paris. A block away from the Eiffel Tower!
The whole experience was excellent -- I was very impressed. Staff were unfailingly attentive, the dinner excellent, the breakfast full of available variety. The view of the tower from the balcony impressed my grand-daughter!I am not all that easily pleased, so not inclined to easily give high ratings, but I have to say that every aspect of the stay was excellent. Nothing.
The close proximity to both the Metro and Eiffel Tower, River Seine were the only plusses. The room was spacious, but even thought tea/coffee sachets were supplied, there were no cups. We asked 3 times before cups were provided, then the cups were not replaced on the following day. In addition, toilet paper was not replenished and we asked but without success. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned and there were large strands of hair in the toilet on arrival. All in all, housekeeping left alot to be desired.
Location n view of eiffel
Location & friendlyness. Location & friendlyness.
The location and the hotel staff
Location was near the Eiffel tower and public transportation. Restaurants nearby. Rooms did not have any drawer storage for clothes, There was room for 2 night stands yet there was only one. Paint color in rooms and hall was depressive,
Very helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. It will be very difficult to remain classified as **** unless this is done very soon. The 'free' wi-fi is very slow in the rooms.
The hotel room is so spacious and comfortable. The location is so close to Eiffel Tower. None
The view of the Eiffel Tower was worth the cost of the hotel. The furniture was a little shabby for the price of the room.
the breakfast buffet was incredible. Great variety, amount and quality. We also loved that the staff controlled entry to the buffet area so everyone got seated nicely and it kept the start of the mornings pleasant. The free Wi-Fi they offer is a bit too slow to do much, so it is almost necessary to buy the upgrade for 22 Euros/day they offer.
Staff was rude and unaccommodating. Rooms were not available at the checkin time and staff repeatedly instructed patrons to come back every hour which ruined a day of travel. Wouldn't recommend for vacation travelers.
the hotel is very central of the city and near by the metro and bus and trainstation
Proximity to Gare d'Est Railway Sation where we were arriving. Not good part of town, esp at night.
quiet misplaced my luggage, breakfast was to expensive for the empty baskets and plates. Didn't take breakfast the 2nd day.
It is not close to any of the tourist destinations. You had to take a cab or the metro to any of the sites. Our room was very small.
Closeliness to the Gare de l'Est and other attractions. Especially the carpet could have been cleaner and the room a little bigger.
It was very close to the station and quiet easy for nearby shopping The Room is too small there is no space to move .
Near the rail way station The room price it's so expensive compare with the facilities that we received. But if the price is not the problems, I'll recomend to others traveller to stay in this hotel.
the position is perfect when arring at Paris gare del est
> Very convenient location to the Train Station and bus tours. > 30 min walking distance to the Pyramid/museum > Internet included > Reception is patient and very helpful > good restaurants within 5 min walking distance from hotel > Hotel is clean > I thought breakfast buffet -15 euro was expensive .. may be normal in Paris .. I brought my own cereal bars and took coffee outside
It was really cold in the bedroom, the heater didn't work properly.
No parking. Overall cleanliness was horrible, certainly not four star worthy. Customer service was lacking, personnel seemed annoyed to help.
Location was great, near lots of metro stations and close to everything. Easy walk to main train station that connects to Amsterdam. Comfortable, clean room. Our only issue was lots of noise (ppl on the streets) in the wee hours of the morning. If we stay again, we'll request a room not facing the train station. Very reasonably priced! We only stayed one night but were able to appreciate the courteous staff.
how close it was to the station. the breakfast and the staff I booked a room for my self and husband and one for my children. The children were on a different floor from us and their room was much more spacious. After checking in the staff did offer to change our room but having taken credit card details etc it seemed too much of a nuicance.
Its location across from Gare De Nord train & metro station as well as the convenient bus stops within proximity despite of the slightly rough yet safe neihborhood it is in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious with a balcony overlooking the main street and the train station. Having many restuarants just outside the hotel was definetely a plus. We were extremely comfortable. N/A
Very convenient location room is small
Close to Train Station Bathroom extremely poor
Comfort of my room (especially the bed - perfect support, guaranteeing full sleep at night; wonderful view over Sacré Coeur and silence from windows, despite station front). Closeness to station and transport connections.
Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Spoke excellent English too. Asked for and obtained very quiet room. Ideal. Opposite Gare du Nord No - all was fine, thank you.
Thank you for great advice on how to get to the airport, when to buy the ticket with no line, etc. Thank you for speaking French with me rather than assuming all Americans can only speak English.
overall okay + location expensive, but it is paris
It is in centre, very convinent for travellers, Bathroom needs to maintain, specially room no-521.
very close to train station
Nothing Special, It was a normal hotel matching with the value paid. The internet is not free, The room was small as twin standard size, the room service was quite poor, the breakfast was not suitable for Muslim guests.
Conveniently located across the street from gard nord and outside a metro station. Bars and restaurants close by. Comfortable bed. Amazing view of Sacre Coeur as our room was on the top floor. Wifi connection was good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Water damage on the ceiling. Bathtub was a bit dirty. Remote control didn't work.

Everything was perfect! Thank you!
I would like to thank Mr. guy for his great service & friendly help. Old rooms, need re innovation
Great location Bad business to pretend to sell old rooms in need of fixing for standard price of many renovated rooms with views of Eiffel or Arc de Triomph
The staff is very polit and at your disposal The furnitures in my room were damaged (2516) - not sure it was a queen superior room as booked, the breakfast room was so cloud and noisy
one of the best hotel in france none
- Easy to get to the hotel with Air France "Le Car" shuttle from Paris Airports - Nice view of Paris from the higher rooms - Must visit the Bar La Vue bar at the 34th - Rooms are a bit old and not in maintenance condition for this level of hotel
Views from the room and the staff's friendliness, competence and enthusiasm.
Relatively closed. After booked and paid the reservation thru Kayak, the hotel could not locate my reservation. They made me wait for over 2 hours at the lobby until they could find a solution.
The price I paid was fair for what the hotel was. Had I paid full rate I would have been very unhappy. It is clean, has good size rooms and is well located in Paris, It is just a hotel though, not particularly wow. The price of the first drink in the Panarama Bar on the 33 floor. 22 euros. The view was great and as it happened we didn't really care, but as I'm pregnant I'm not drinking alcohol so a diet coke is a bit steep at this standard price.
Fast check in and check out
the pool is nice if a bit small i couldnt get the tv internet in my room to work. i asked reception and they said they'd send someone, but it never happened
the pool not enough milk, tea bags etc in the room
Close to the office of Rohm and Haas. Comfortable bed. Dinner selection.
Free Wi-Fi, pool, good breakfast, polite stuff The room was quite small for three people
very modern and clean hotel maybe a bigger pool food and drink overpriced
Outstanding everything and love Americans Breakfast could've been better
Using Eurostar and arriving at Gare du Nord it was easy to transfer to Gare de Lyon Station which is right next door to this hotel. The Hotel was a 10 minute walk to The Palais du Omnisport where we had tickets for a concert - perferct. Breakfast not included, therefore slightly overpriced, and the breakfast was very expensive. Restaurant does not open until 7.00pm - too late for a meal before a concert.
Good location and quiet room Small bathroom
easy accsess to train and metro next to a down and out soup kitchen
the staff were fantastic and the size of the room and the beautiful bath only added to our enjoyment. The idea that you had no doorman or bellhop. At 65 yrs of age dragging four pieces of luggage to our room from the street was a chore
The included buffet breakfast was perfect for our family. Also, the indoor pool was clean and well-maintained. Nothing.
Clean large rooms, friendly staff Wifi was tough to navigate, but worked well.
The view from our room was beautiful, the location was close to everything. Appreciate the security since being down town elevators only worked with room key. For someone who does travel solo at times this was a nice peace of mind. Staff was wonderful and accommodating.
Loved the shower and bathroom. Bed was also good. No real free TV channels available
Staff spoke English and French professionally. Hotel was clean and no non-sense. I don't like how city taxes are not included in the initial hotel price. This is more a problem with French regulation than with the particular hotel. All hotels in France seem to do this.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Refreshing to get this kind of service...
Location great, friendly helpful staff, they had flowers, champagne and cake in room on arrival, beautiful touch.
The level of service of the Hilton Chain and its luxury
Not bad, quite expensive, especially when you factor in that you have to pay €21 extra per day per computer (we're two people with two laptops) for internet, plus quite a bit more for taxes and breakfast and parking. Ultimately our €475 room came to about €750 per night with all the extras. Room service food is outrageously expensive - €36 for breakfast - plus tax, gratuity, room service fee, all comes to about €55 and that's if you don't tip the guys either. And, watch the bill, they have habit of charging for extra items that should be included in your breakfast set. The staff were mostly efficient but cold or indifferent and the maid's service was either dumb or lazy or both. They'd always miss things or forget to clean our room or leave the breakfast tray in the room while cleaning everything else. I guess that's room service's job, not theirs?
The room and comfort of the bed and friendliness of the staff could not get selection of movie channels and had no confirmation from the engineer sent to the room as to when it would be operational again.
Pleasant and helpfull staff ,good atmosphere in hotel The hotel has a lovely bar however at 14 euros for a beer you won't stay long
I was pleasantly surprised that such comfortable and business-friendly property at the heart of Paris existed. Aside from the rate, I think the hotel was excellent in all aspects for a person travelling on business who has a little spare time for some leisure. As I stated, I thought the rate was a bit on the high side given it's location.
central location in room tv very bad overall: choice of channels, image, etc air con would only heat and not cool-only way to sleep was to open window
Service was excellent, and the Purple Bar was Fantastic.
Location and convenience. The Lobby was quite nice. And the staff were helpful. No complimentary Internet for hotel guest. I had to brin my laptop which you don't on a holiday. Other mercure hotels around Europe offer it.
No American outlets, no office or staff on site.
its very close 2 effiel tour its rooms r very very very small, the hotel is very crowded,,
Very helpful and attentive staff, good breakfast and location, location , location. stones throw away from the eiffel. expect better housekeeping services in the room.
Excellent position very close to Eiffel Tower. General quality of hotel. Good value for price paid. Very poor experience booking in at hotel. It took over an hour and a half and being issued with four rooms before getting right room. First room was smoking room - booked NON-smoking. 2nd room allocated was occupied by someone else! Third room allocated was a double room with no bed for my son. Check in staff were friendly and apologetic but should not have let this happen and have done more to get it right and make amends. Other staff very friendly and helpful.
good restaurant. central position
It is clean the staff is friendly and the food is good The room is small there is no lotion, conditioner, or snacks in the mini fridge
Location of the hotel is very good and all the staff with whom we were involved was of extreme sympathy and they matched all our needs with an outstanding sense of professionalism. -
Location, breakfast buffet, separate toilet for a 4 star hotel, it looked a bit outdated with little damages to walls, doors etc
Close proximity to everything. Being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel so closely was fantastic. The front desk staff were always helpful and very friendly.
Near to Eiffel Tower. It takes 5 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Hotel room facing Eiffel Tower.
A well located hotel within easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower, local restaurants, a number of Paris museums and the river. Quiet. In-house breakfast poor.
The locxation is great for the cente of Paris, without being in any high traffic or people area. The Hotel facilities are good and the breakfast a splendid spread. Taxis are hard to come by, and the Chatalet station, whilst being very close, is a nightmare to understand (Not the Hotels problem)
easy to visit shops and west bank area the shower cubical water flow was poor to non-existant. we complained to room supervisor but told it was normal on 5th floor
Location. Nice rooms. Long waiting line at the breakfast
Very convenient to RER. Great location! Quiet. Friendly staff.
The location was great very central The area looked abit dodgy at night but we had no trouble whatsoever!
Overall help with taxis, dinner reservations, comfort of the room, location close to exciting parts of Paris, extremely helpful staff. Also, the size of the room, relative to other Paris hotels, is superior. A nice, professional, contemporary hotel with a first-class staff and great attention to detail.
We didn't like the third bed, was too small
Well located in a lively part of Paris and close to shopping and restaurants.
There was no room for unpacking our clothes! stayed for one week and there was not a single drawer or shelf to store anything so after paying the rate of a 4 star hotel, we got the "confort" level of a 2 star hotel instead. The carpets were filthy and the matresses were soiled! The narrow hallways smelled and felt like a cheap cruiseship. We are very dissapointed with the quality of the rooms and the overall value of this hotel.
Service was excellent. All staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located 5 min from the Louvre, restaurants and the metro. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Facilies were very nice and the location is very central. Very short walk to multiple train lines and metro. With one exception with an encounter with a bartender which was terrible, the staff was great. Most front door men are always hustling bags, giving directions and calling cabs. All spoke English. Family's be aware of one minor quirk. The bathroom and shower doors are clear glass with a dulling switch. It just doesn't get real dull. It's still very see through for all members to see. However the rooms were very modern and clean.
They should not advertise free internet as for four days I could not check my e-mails as two same people were occupying the two computers they have for hours every day.
Great location ......just a short walk from some fantastic places of great interest. Buzzing cafe night life right on the doorstep too....good atmosphere in the hotel... It seemed expensive and the quality failed to match the expense....certainly for a pound based UK visitor. There was a shortage of helpful welcoming staff....particularly at reception where you face an unacceptable wait. Irritating.
O.K., I know its owned by Hyatt but It still felt boutiquey and small with a personal touch (as if not owned by Hyatt). The staff focused on attentive service, from the front desk, to room service, etc. Its clearly part of the staff culture. There is an intimate feel as if they all know each other--and everything about you. When I spoke to one front desk person they know a discussion I had with another the day before. The Concierge was amazing and made recommendations and the actual reservations and when things were not available made good judgments on his own for changes. We felt like they know us and were watching out for us. It is not that big really which helps in this case. The rooms felt well maintained with a terrific balance of old world and new. Highly Recommended!!!!
Great traditional typical parisian 4* hotel. Excellent location. Wanted 100 euros to stay until 1:00pm for check-out. Offered me 12 noon free.
The best about hte hotel is its location - just next to the Louvre, between two squares, walking distance to everything I wanted to visit (never took a taxi or any other kind of transport). The receptionists were English-speaking and nice and helpful. The room was spacey (stayed in a junior suit), as well as the bathroom, cosy and clean. In fact, everything in the room, as well as the service, could be compared to a 5* hotel (including the cosmetics in the bathroom). Plus, the free WiFi is a nice addition to all. The hall and the corridors need renewing - the first impression of the hotel lowers ones expectations because of the old and a bit dirty common spaces in the hotel. Another thing, is that the air-conditioning was poorly working and it was a bit hot, but I just turned it off and opened the windows from time to time. Also, unpleasant surprice was the thinnes of the walls - I could hear every slam of a door and footsteps, however, no one really made noise, so I slept like a baby. One more thing about noise is that the windows of my room overlooked an inner yard and when opening the window there was a bussying sound from the air-conditioning or other machines. Overall, these were quite minor problems and didn't spoil my stay in the least!
The welcoming and very helpful staff, cleanliness of rooms, and above all, the excellent location. The room service was poor. We had a baby and we used to order warm milk twice a day. They gave us hot milk one day, watered down the other, cold another, and so on, even though every day we asked for a glass of warm milk. I guess it all depends on who is on the shift.
Location and comfort.
Concierge services are exceptional - special thanks to Eric, Remy, Magaly.
it was next to the metro station
The quality of the rooms, decoration, and space are far far less than shown in the pictures and indicated in the hotel desciption.
Location, nice atmosphere On the expensive side
The worst hotel Old smelly rooms , bad carpet dirty, wood very bad
Excellent location, helpful staff, clean rooms, large and light bathrooms, really french atmosphere, close to most of the sightseeings and fashion boutiques. The decoration of rooms is a bit tired, but this is a problem of the most of the hotels in the centre of Paris.
We loved the central location, across from the Louvre and the Gardens of Toulerie as well as the view of the Eiffel Tower. Sightseeing, shopping and all types of dining were within walking distance. There was nothing unpleasant about this hotel.
Location, style, very friendly and professional staff at front desk and concierge Room not very spacious, no gym/spa
location & style
The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to the heart of Paris and many of its attractions. I recommend that reservations be re-confirmed prior to travelling to avoid any confusion.
Great atmosphere, helpful staff.
Location and the comfort of the suite. Clean linen, well thought interior. Charming decor Nothing other than the smell of cigarette smoke in the suite. Cigarette butts were found on the carpet on second day after housekeeping.
location only need some renovation for the rooms furniture was too old
Location and decor Rooms quite small
Location is superb. Near to all fascilities and amneties Being along the main road, its somewhat noisy
In general everything was very good. The room was a very nice and a very good size for Paris. I paid €160 for the night which was very good value for a hotel of this standard in this location. My bed had a dip in the middle
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing the view from our balcony was superb excellent stay overall would have liked if breakfast was included in the rate
Our room spacious, very comfortable. we were close to metro - shopping - it was a great location and a great place to stay - we would stay there again!
Location of Napoleon Paris is excellent. We stayed in the superior room and its size is really big. It is great value of money.
The ambience, the friendly staff and the proximity to city attractions
Breakfast buffet Internet conexion should be included in the price of the room as many hotels do
The way the hotel was decorated..that everything was brand new...that the beds were very confortable.. the shower had no door ....that if you used the pc in the lobby it was 8 euros for 30 minutes
Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
In principle everything, But the shower was owsom, well done. The hotel is new. The staff is very helpfull and friendly and service minded. The a/c in blowing in the face when sleeping maybe you could correct this or redirect the flow of air.
The room was very comfortable and very pretty
Comfortable room in very central situation. Modern and rather fancy bathroom. The new and expensive looking interior of the hotel is somewhat reminiscent of a 1970's disco.
It has a very good location, very close to Gare Saint Lazare. It is very comfortable, very well designed, close to amenities.. I would go there again. They should have sleepers in the room.
Location, cleanliness, modern, friendly and helpful staff, windows open to courtyard, None
Very nice hotel, very friendly staff.Cozy and good designed.
Free wifi Bar shut too early
unique in its decor, great location fro sightseeing and shopping and staff were very helpful and freindly we were in room 101 and we could hear the lift during the night. Corridors too dark
superb hotel, superb staff, couldnt do enough for you. yes it is a lot of money, but for a treat and/or special occasion highly, highly reccomended
Hotel staff are ok, but need more english speaking staff if possible Location, location
i liked its central location the staff where very knowledgeable and the beds and bed linen were out of this world it was my birthday during our stay and was given a bottle of champagne i disliked the prices
Bathroom small and uncomfortable and needs to be redesign
The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room
Please write at least 15 words
Location & service are really good! They gave me a present at my birthday surprisingly.
confort of the room
The location near to everywhere, the bed is extraordinary comfortable ! Only for the breakfast rooms need more improvement, more bigger for more guests.
Location, staff support, comfort, friendliness
Friendly staff, and very good size of room. Most facilities available. Breakfast only dining room.
Hotel Burgundy is very well situated in the Opera district, and was a great "home base" for seeing the sights of Paris. The hotel is quite small, but clean and good value for money.
The hotel is superbly located, very comfortable, with wery friendly and helpful staff
Everything was great. It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely decoration. Very clean, the staff is helpfull and sympathetic. Excellent location, just behind the rue St. Honore. We were really impressed and will recommend it to our friends.
The location is perfect as it is in the city center. Spa and indoor swimming pool as well as professional massage. Car parking services was great as it is almost impossible to park anywhere in Paris. The bed mattress was not comfortable as compared to other five stars hotels.
Convenience & closeness to hub of city sights & metro network. Price a little too steep
Hotel was very well located, minutes walk from sights and attractions. Our room was luxuriously presented, designer style in black, grey with cherry red accent colours. Bathroom included large bath and separate shower. The ambience in reception is very welcoming, candles lit and very fragrant with attentive staff. There is a spa at the Hotel which my husband enjoyed. Our room was located at the front of the building and we were disturbed by delivery vans, refuse vans in the early hours of every morning. We would stay at the Hotel again but request a quietly located room at the back of the building.
My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during November. We found the hotel to be fantastic. The design and layout perfect. Location couldnt be better if you want to wish to shop around in the big department store Galerie. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful staff. I found all of them to be superb and their english fault less!. We even forgot a mobile in the room and when we phoned the hotel to check if it was there they offered to bring it to us! This was fanstastic as we were waiting at the bus stop for the airport bus. Thats service!!!
We had a beautiful modern bath and a spacious room that comfortably accomodated my mother, daughter and myself. The front desk staff was helpful in providing directions and making reservations. We never had to wait in line at the desk. The location was superb. We had a wonderful experience here. The lounge area is a bit dark and cramped so this is a hotel that is best suited for exploring the city and returning to a comfortable room for relaxing and a great night's sleep.
The staff was incredibly helpful. Not only were they multilingual but they went out of their way to accommodate for our needs pointing out good restaurants and good places to tour. Given the American standards for comfort about bathroom necessities, the shower was a bit awkward and we found it took much longer to shower when compared to the typical American standards. Ultimately, the issue did not proove to be a burnden to our trip.
I've seen several budget hotels in Paris. This one is deffinately one I would like to return to if I visit Paris again. Good staff, clean rooms and private parking. The rooms are a bit small but hey, so are the prices.
servis of internet wi fa -
The staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The meals we had were of good quality. We appreciate the effort made by your hotel/company to show how customers can minimise their environmental impact during their stay - turning lights off and re-using towels etc. We would struggle to find anything negative about the hotel or the service we recieved. In fact we would be delighted to recommend the hotel and if we visit Paris again would want to stay at the same hotel.
Location, coffee maker, room cleanliness, existence of the parking Hotel staff was not very polite, access to the parking is difficult (one way used for getting in and getting out!)
Very close to metro station, about 1-2mins walk, could also walk to Eurostar terminal if needed. Convenient to all ameneties, able to book at short notice. We went as two couples and our rooms were together which was nice.
location and parking lack of facilities
The hotel Restaurant
Staff was very helpful. They provided anything that we asked. Room was small but clean.
The relative high quality we got for the price we paid. Restaurant was very good as well.
triple room was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful.
