7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely breakfast and hostess
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My fiancé and I stayed in the main inn for two nights while waiting to close on a weekend house nearby. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The owner, Carol, was fantastic! She keeps this beautiful historic home clean and welcoming, and serves up a delicious, made-to-order breakfast with a smile every morning. We stayed in the Emerald Room and found it very comfortable. It's the only room with its bathroom outside of the room, but we felt complete privacy and had no problems with the setup. Would absolutely recommend this B&B – we have every intention of putting our family up here (and in a few of Carol's other local places) during our upcoming wedding!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality, friendly, cleanliness, and accommodating. I would definitely revisit.
Cons: Mattress a little too soft
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I took my two sons here for an overnight stay while we were skiing Belleayre. Carol was polite, courteous and friendly to my children, I couldn’t have asked for more. The house was charming and breakfast was excellent; I would happily return here next year.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: View spectacular Bed was to be bigger
Cons: Size of bed Lack of coffee/tea snacks Inferior tv reception
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A very delicious, substancial and hearty breakfast in an impressive ambience. Carol was very nice and helpful. Her B&B makes you feel shifted back in time in a glorious way, but some details need some maintenance (shades in the room we stayed; a bedside table on both sides of the bet would be nice, too).
Cons: We like biking a lot. There is a intensively advertised bike trail ("Catskills Scenic Trail") nearby - but without any posibility to rent bikes in an easy way. Carol although offered us to lend us two bikes which unfortunately didn´t help us as we had no posibility to transport them with our rental car. Maintainance of walking trails is partly a little poor. It´s a pity that the local tourist association doesn´t support more intensively this kind of tourism. The historic Delaware and Ulster railroad is only operated on weekends and few other weekdays - so if you want to use it, be careful to be there on the right days.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. I specially liked the homemade coffee cake. The dining room was lovely and the table well-supplied. The bedroom was nice and quiet and the a/c was adequate. Liked having a private bathroom, but no time to try the shower.
Cons: We are not use to sleeping on a soft queen-size bed and, because we are older, actually found it difficult to roll out of the bed that forced us toward the middle. Room was small and had only one chair and one luggage rack. Might be better suited for one person only.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the whole experience and carol and Becky were so nice and friendly. I felt like I was talking with friends.

Pros: The inn is very clean , excellent views , amazing breakfast. We felt very welcome. We are definitely coming back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfy, and breakfast was excellent!
Cons: No a/c, but the weather was very unusual for the region. Not the inn's fault at all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was superb
Cons: The tv in our room was the size of an I- pad

7.5 Good
Pros: Have stayed with this company before and was greeted with remembrance.
Cons: The shades in the room did not keep out the street lights.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: We had the problem with the key because it was not at the apartment we didn't know there wasn't an office in the same building, we had to go to another place to pick up the key..
7.9 Good
Pros: Super comfortable bed...great towels
Cons: No complaints
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is a tad on the small side, but the kitchen area was nice. The refrigerator was clean and in excellent condition. We did not use the stove, so I can't really rate that, except to say that there is a stove.
Cons: The bathroom was a little on the small side and the bathroom floor had seen better days, but it did appear clean. It would also be nice if there were DirectTV or Dish Network service available instead of what's currently there. Also, the town, though very clean and nice, rolls up the streets at 9 PM, so there is no night life. Except for a bar, there is NOTHING open, not even a gas station, after 9 PM or so. We went to the grocery store about a mile away and they were closing up shop at 8:45 even though their sign stated they were open until 9 PM. To say the town is "sleepy" is being ultra-kind.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is very close to a supermarket.
Cons: breakfast is simple. No hot scrabble eggs or bacon. Only cold stuff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The "suite" had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. It was very clean and neat.
Cons: The TV area was not at all comfortable, and it you were staying a couple of nights and the weather was bad, you were up the creek for entertainment. Also, there was no heat. On the first night it was warmer outside than inside, but the bed was cozy. However it was a bit colder the 2nd night I stayed, so I felt the cold more. And, to add insult to injury on the morning I was leaving the shower was not even lukewarm. What's going on here?

7.1 Good
Pros: Office staff great.. location good
Cons: They did not make your beds all they did was pull the covers up to make bed look neat. Left used wash clothes in bath.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness, the proximity to the village - and bike roads on that corner of The Catskills are awesome!
Cons: No water from 23 to 10 next morning, quite awkward.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, well lit, safe
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was close to where we needed to be. Also close to Bellayre Ski area. Staff was helpful and polite. Water in shower was hot. Bed was very comfortable. Large Fridge, working coffee maker and microwave.
Cons: The room was basically run down, back window rotted and falling apart.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was helpful and pleasant.
Cons: I think a bit of attention to the driveway, near #1, and the bathroom in #1, where there is a shabby wall to the right of the commode, would be welcomed by future guests.

7.5 Good
Pros: Decent size, acceptable facilities
Cons: Matter of personal opinion -- apartment is functional but dated and lacks Catskills charm.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was clean and the breakfast staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The condo was much older than I expected. There were hot metal heaters throughout the rooms, which I was worried about my toddlers touching. The toilet was slanted to one side. The beds made a lot of noises whenever someone turned, so I slept poorly. The heat was much weaker or non-functional in 1 of the bedrooms, so we had to leave our door open.
