Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center

Pros: The rooms were nice and the beds were nice.

Cons: I was charged $10 for parking when we weren't even able to park in the garage. The keys were not working, so we had to wait outside of our door for security to let us in everytime we left the room. There was always a line at the front desk of at least 5. This was one of the worst stays that I have ever experienced with a classy hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was great except on day 2 when they ran out of plates and silverware.

Cons: Our room had a terrible musty, old smoke smell. There was hair in the tub and on the extra blanket provided in the closet. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. When I went to put my shoes on in the morning they were soaking wet. In fact there was a large wet spot on the carpet in the corner of the room. Probably why they had a chair sitting there. When front desk contacted, they did apologize and give $50 discount but did not offer a new room.

Not a great experience

Pros: Our single king bed suite was clean.

Cons: We waited for approximately 30 minutes to be checked into the hotel. After being checked in, we realized our vehicle would not fit into the 6'8" hotel parking garage. Staff wanted us to park in an unlit loading zone at the rear of the hotel. A member of our family had to sleep in the car throughout the night in an attempt to keep our car from being burglarized. The hotel is located in a relatively high crime area of Atlanta. After finally parking our vehicle, we were informed the machine which made room keys was broken. Staff refused to refund our money, and after an hour and a half long check-in process, security had to unlock our room. We were unable to get a room key throughout our stay. I will not be back.

Cons: Outdated and unpleasant smell, front desk charged me $50 for not getting a room at 11:15pm. Did not even use it. Poor customer service

worst stay in an Embassy suites ever

Pros: Location was great

Cons: Well start with evening reception awful. Then kids unattended by the bus load kept knocking on door and running down halls till after midnight even after complaining. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and dirty dishes. And the shower was the worst a trickle not even enough pressure to wash the shampoo from your hair. Sorry never had a bad embassy suites stay till now
