Cons (-) Front desk service was poor. Couldn’t get any hot water until maintenance arrived. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom

Pros (+) Location was great
Cons (-) Well start with evening reception awful. Then kids unattended by the bus load kept knocking on door and running down halls till after midnight even after complaining. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and dirty dishes. And the shower was the worst a trickle not even enough pressure to wash the shampoo from your hair. Sorry never had a bad embassy suites stay till now

Pros (+) Breakfast was great except on day 2 when they ran out of plates and silverware.
Cons (-) Our room had a terrible musty, old smoke smell. There was hair in the tub and on the extra blanket provided in the closet. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. When I went to put my shoes on in the morning they were soaking wet. In fact there was a large wet spot on the carpet in the corner of the room. Probably why they had a chair sitting there.
