Cons (-) Well start with evening reception awful. Then kids unattended by the bus load kept knocking on door and running down halls till after midnight even after complaining. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and dirty dishes. And the shower was the worst a trickle not even enough pressure to wash the shampoo from your hair. Sorry never had a bad embassy suites stay till now

The keys were not working, so we had to wait outside of our door for security to let us in everytime we left the room. There was always a line at the front desk of at least 5. This was one of the worst stays that I have ever experienced with a classy hotel.
