We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was very convenient and on time.

The rooms; service, professionalism and kindness of shuttle drivers and housekeeping staff. Free breakfast was an added location. It's close to the airport and lots of other activities.
The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional and discourteous! Needs more parking spaces
No Wifi signal, a/c didnt work (maint never came), called front desk 7 times and they never picked up (had to personally go down and ask for a/c maint, which never came), not even a cracker for breakfast. Got there at 3pm to check in and left the next day at 7am!! the only staff I saw was the check in lady when I got there. It felt like a Self Serv Hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I stayed 7 days and never had an issue with noises from other rooms. I didn't see any wanderers or any other suspicious activity outside, and it was a fairly quiet area.
The pillows are terrible. They are like sleeping on a sack of rocks with a little padding. The first night had to go buy my own pillows from some place 10 miles away. They need to buy new pillows, and bad. The air conditioner units are also very loud and placed right next to the bed, so if you are sensitive to loud sounds bring ear muffs or something.
Cant tell a book by it's cover. The outside yello paint seemed like it would be depressing in side. The room was spacious, clean and I sleeped well.

The hotel was convenient to the activities we had planned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being a weekend with several families staying there and being next to the airport, it was still very quiet.
