The only thing was checking in. The staff was awesome but you need at least 1 more check in person for the line not to be so long. Also I had one room to my brothers name and they did not give him the updated price for the room
Worst staff at the check in, even after expressing my few concerns!!!! It was from bad -to- worst! Sick!!!
The only thing that I will complain about during this trip is being able to get out of the hotel from the parking lot. There were no attendance available to help you get over the gate on two separate occasions. I literally had to move the gate up no matter what you did it would never go up put your key hotel key players card or anything else did not work. The Harris casino has been real cheap and doesn’t want to employ people to be able to work at the parking lot area. That’s the only complaint that I have everything else was amazing but they are horrible when it comes to leave it at the hotel.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Getting the room I actually reserved. They hold their guests to a standard that they themselves don't practice
Pros. Our breakfast was poor! Hair was found in my wife’s breakfast and we waited for 35 minutes for our breakfast. Our room was NEVER cleaned or our sheets were NEVER changed. The quality of this resort has taken a dramatic drop in the quality of service and Cleanliness
Cons. EVERYTHING!!
Pros. Absolutely nothing.
Cons. I booked a room in the waterfront tower, and during check in I decided to upgrade to the Bayview tower because I never stayed there. I was given the room right behind the elevator which was horrible. You can hear the loud noise of the elevator traveling up and down the shaft all night. We spent about 3 hours just trying to find something to eat. Every restaurant was booked and the buffet was only serving the "high rollers". Not to mention multiple fire alarms in the casino throughout the evening, elevators shutting down, the gate by the elevators for the waterfront and Bayview closing and none of the staff being able to get it open. Had to go outside in the freezing cold to walk around the building and come in from the other side. All in just a total disappointment
Pros. Bed was comfortable
Cons. Misleading information regarding dining areas and their availabilities. Rooms dated and not cleaned well. The pool was supposed to be open from 9-5pm on Sunday and was not.
