The staff was willing to refund my booking.
Everything. Don’t book. This place is not worth the effort of looking online. Broken door, broken bathroom door, smelly, and overall it felt unsafe.
I loved how close this was to the beach, especially for the value. The room was definitely clean, and well prepped. Love the acess to free wifi, and a good amount of parking. The men running the place seemed to remember me when checking out; he knew my room number and name so I didn't have to tell him; not sure if because he has a good memory or because a pretty single girl.
The bed seemed to have sink holes in it. The room was set to 84 degrees heat when we first walked in, so it took awhile to cool down. Some of the furniture was visibly falling apart and needed replaced.
I liked the size of the bed (King) and room. Very spacious.

It was near the boardwalk ,enough parking out back and quiet .
Not enough bedding and a little pricey just for one a couple hours stay.
I liked that we arrived early and they let us park in their lot for the day. When we left in the evening and came back to no space available in their parking lot, they assisted us with not having to pay for parking in the lot behind the hotel.
There was a lot of noise around the hotel during the night, with a lot of unsavory looking people walking around the area and argueing in near by rooms etc.
It was in a convenient location.
No coffee for coffee maker. Parking was from to back, so I you were in the front spot you were blocked in. No soda machines. Some light bulbs needed replaced; they flickered constantly.
