Cons: Front desk staff seemed a little distracted and bored
Pros: We have stayed here for the last 5 years when we visit family in Auburn. We have always been comfortable and happy with our stay. The location is very convenient and accessible.
Cons: The facilities are starting to need updating. We had to change rooms during our stay because of repairs being made. It would have been nice to have a room assigned for the entire stay that would not have required us to change rooms. The staff made the room change smooth and accommodated our needs.
Pros: The room was clean and pretty comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was helpful.
Cons: The shower needed more water pressure and room was a little tight.
Cons: Vary the breakfast menu a bit more
Pros: Easy in & out.
Free parking and Wireless
Multiple electric sockets in room that were accessible.
A staff member stayed up late to be there when I arrived at 2 am.
Cons: Didn't have a functional desk.
TV was very small.
Airconditioner was a little noisy

Cons: Smelled very fusty and old, damp?. Overall feeling was of an old run down hotel that even the current renovations won't truly help. The layout is very old fashioned - a pool in the open center overwhelms the surrounding area with smell.
Pros: Microwave and refrigerator in room were great. I got one of the newly renovated rooms which was very nice.
Cons: There is construction going on at the hotel with evidence there of about, such as plastic and tape covering certain areas. The pool in an open atrium was outside the rooms and, while attractive, was very noisy in my Room. Location was not picturesque.
Pros: Excellent staff and nice hotel
Pros: Close to relatives we were visiting.
Cons: Hotel being remodeled which is badly needed. Room was in need of restoration and smelled of cigarette smoke and could have been cleaner.
Pros: Friendly staff. Very courteous and attentive
Pros: The staff was pleasant.
Cons: Hair in the tub. King bed was ancient & uncomfortable. Sink in bathroom leaked all over the floor. Pool is in middle of hotel no privacy and no one used it during our stay. Currently under much needed renovations!!! Nice staff though.
Pros: The entire staff is wonderful.
Cons: Currently under reconstruction. Somewhat noisy. Pool is in the center of hotel and for the rooms surrounding the pool, for all floors, it is very noisy.
Pros: Location hotel staff room
Cons: restaurant was really dated and food was not as good as we'd hoped. The
Pros: Coffee was available all day and location. Also free parking.
Cons: Yes, the fitness room equipment was not in working order. There were a couple ants noted on the extra bed in the morning. The tub was concave on the bottom and was a fall risk. We would not have stayed a swcond night if our trip was longer.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Clean.
Cons: Smoking at front door permeated into lobby and also gathered just outdo e front door of hotel.
Pros: Very friendly staff :)
Cons: I found a nail clipping in my bed sheets :-/
Pros: Location, brand name
Cons: Dark and intense smell of air freshner in the room, night desk and restaurant staff not attentive at all
Cons: Called ahead of time and asked if my room would have a mini fridge, they said yes. Got there and there was no mini fridge. Some damage to the walls, looked like water damage. In the morning house keeping was knocking way before check out time.
Pros: location and price, but even price was too high for what you get.
Cons: it felt dirty and air conditioning sucked in the smoker's smoke as the other guests sat near by smoking - as rooms were 'non-smoking', so had to sit outside room to smoke. Closet space was near non-existing.
Pros: Breakfast was pleasant surprise.
Cons: Dirty and mustyTile floors were filthy. Ruined a pair of socks due to the dirty floors.AC in room smelled moldyToilet ran all night.Stains on comforter, sheets, and bedspread. The staff did change the sheets on request.

Pros: Nothing at all wa as it appears from the kayak postings of descriptions or pictures of the rooms.
Cons: We had roaches and bugs bugs I've never even see before in our room. Sheets were filthy and not clean at all nor were the pillows.
