Very clean; room was comfortable and quiet so I had a good rest on both nights I stayed there. Very good breakfast.

Pros. The room was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was good and run well.
Cons. The location was not nice, with lots of homeless people wandering by. Next door is a club that is open tell 2am on the weekends with very loud clientele. Gym equipment was not well maintained.
