Cons. Staff was incompetent & we found blood stains on the sheets. Worst hotel ever, could not even get a refund for the night. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Pros. Overall, it was an okay experience and the staff was fine. In fact, the guy made sure I got credit on my Choice Privileges account.
Cons. Didn't have our reservation in their system. Not sure who was to blame - the property or booking.com or some Choice booking glitch. There was a slight resistance to putting us in a room that was an equivalent (or better, in this case) accommodation. They initially offered us a disabled room with one bed, which is not going to work with two men who think each other's hygiene habits are disgusting. :) Finally, after a little good cop - bad cop they did the upgrade to the 2-br suite. The room had not been prepped properly, but when you're operating on the wing, as they were, I wasn't expecting perfection. It's not that i wouldn't stay here again, it would just have to be the right situation (rates, location). But, it's nothing I would travel out of my way for.
Pros. The help was helpful. The facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable. The cost was reasonable.
Cons. Little things, but still... 1. The microwave oven was not plugged in, and when I did move the cabinet to plug it in and turn it on, it would blow the circuit. The TV remote had to be held up to an elevated level to change channels. There was no TV list telling what channels were what, so you had to scroll through them all, and it was very slow. The coffee maker was unplugged and not near an outlet. It had to be repositioned. The refrigerator was on coldest level and not very cold. The shower / tub was clean, but the cleanser was not adequately rinsed off, leaving a serious slipping hazard for an unsuspecting patron. Still, with these little things as negatives, I was still content with my stay, mostly because it was clean and inexpensive.
