Pros: The whole experience was very positive. Bathroom was outstanding. Staff was extremely friendly, accomodatingt and helpful.
Pros: The location is awesome. The room and hotel interior were fabulous. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. A stress free place to stay. Oh, and the breakfasts in the atrium are incredible. Would definitely stay there again.
Located 1.3 mi (2 km) from the airport, Hotel Palace offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Palau de la Musica Catalana and Casa Batllo. The restaurant is perfect for a bite to eat, and you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge or visit the sauna for a relaxing end to the day. Other highlights include an outdoor pool and a health club.
Pros: The beauty and innovation of this redesigned enormous building in the heart of the Main Street in Barcelona is unbelievable. Walking in to the lobby from Las Ramblas was breathtaking in chic comfortable design and comfort; quite the turnaround from walking through the gothic quarter.
The rooms with their automated switches, built in audio and mood lighting, and details such as a custom pillow bar to select from added to the already striking rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Everything in the rooms made a nights stay in the town more difficult to actually go to town. Past the rooms and lobby, the dining and bar was great, not even considering the rooftop restaurant with a pool and lounge area also for guests.
Did I Mention the Romanesque bath spa downstairs? Not a bad feature for a beautiful place to be able to check out, do more sightseeing, and then come back to relax in before grabbing bags.
The staff was beyond friendly. Thank you to the doormen for keeping our luggage and even holding the rental bikes while that stores staff was on siesta.
I will be back.
Cons: I was too blown away to even think anything pessimistic.
Pros: loved the indoor pool and spa! It was the primary reason for my stay
Pros: Great location.
Spa and gym was very nice.
Breakfast was great and was included in my rate.
Cons: The temperature control was hidden.
Wish breakfast at the terrace was open earlier.
Pros: Atmosphere, Comfort, cleanliness, facilities, spa, location and descent manners and service standard

Pros: Location was walking distance to many sites and central to Barcelona. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Staff helpful. Checkin and out were a breeze. Everyone was professional and warm. No complaints.
Pros: Location, room decor, room size.
Cons: Expensive breakfast :)
Pros: If you're looking for a central location as your jumping off point for Barcelona adventures, Barcelona Catedral is an excellent choice. Newly renovated, the hotel is very well appointed and has all the amenities you'd expect from an inner-city hotel. Roofdeck infinity pool is gorgeous and the setting is really fun, basically overlooking rooftops and balconies. Staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to provide service. Food in the restaurant (we only had breakfast) was good, local and fresh. Located right next to the Catedral.
Cons: Not much to dislike, really. A bit hard to find if you don't know where it is. Also, pigeons tend to fly up to the pool and bathe in it a bit, but the staff was on top of cleaning the edges of the pool so it really isn't much of an issue. I had hoped the hotel bar / lounge area, which was really cool, would have a bit of nightlife, but it was dead most of the time.
Pros: The hotel is located within walking distance (or a brief cab ride) of nearly everything you could desire in Barcelona. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff is courteous and very helpful. Above all, the hotel is delightfully quiet--easy to to get a good night's rest.
Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful,
Location was excellent
Pros: The hotel was located in the heart of the city; steps away from the Cathedral; easy walking distance to La Rambla, transportation, Palau Musica, Picasso museum. Staff was attentive, informative, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and how to get around. The hotel provided a free Sunday AM walking tour of the Gothic Quarter!
Pros: Great locations, friendly staff, authentic style
Cons: Room was a bit stuffy and air conditioning had a hard time keeping up
Pros: Great location, clean, and friendly staff.
Cons: Only downside was the air conditioning. We had two rooms on different floors and both were very hot even with the AC at the lowest temperature.

Cons: The bed was far below the standard expected, The air condition system was noisy.
Cons: They put me in a very lousy room with lots of noise from the fan with no views. Problems were not solved at all and I had 3 sleepless nights with no compensation.
Pros: The staff at this hotel are extremely nice and helpful. The concierge was very helpful in guiding us for daytime activities and making restaurant reservations. The rooms, views and grounds are also amazing.
The staff could not be more accommodating, helping us plan our tour of the city, The attention to detail is evident everywhere we looked.
Pros: service was superior, rooms and beds were all i could expect
Cons: Breakfast for two was $100 at the buffet.
if you have access to the concierge lounge make use of it. They change the food selection 4 times / day. Great Tapas and a full breakfast. The staff have intimate knowledge of the local dining scene and all their recommendations were hits.
Pros: the hotel was extremely comfortable and the staff was very attentive without being intrusive.
Cons: No,nothing took me by surprise

Pros: Great view of skyline from top floor. Close to Metro and train Renfe station.
Cons: Great stay
Pros: Location good, staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Rooms poor..........sinks were cracked and had mold growing in them. Safe in room didn't work.
Does not meet our expectation of Hilton Hotels worldwide.
Pros: I stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed my stay. It is on a main street and more geared toward a business visit. The room was clean.
Cons: I arrived at 0900 after a cruise . I was informed that if I wanted to check in that early that I could pay an additional 50 Euros . I declined the additional fee and said I would wait until my room was ready. I sat in the lobby with my 3 adult children until 3:30 pm. I have never waited this long to check into a hotel. I couldn't believe there was not one room available but felt they were just trying to make an additional 50 euros. I did not like that at all and will not stay here again.

Offering a ideal location directly on Barcelona's famed Las Ramblas Boulevard, this stylish city-center hotel is 1 block from Plaza Catalunya, 1 kilometer (half-mile) from the Picasso Museum, and a short walk from the Gothic Quarter.
Pros: We had been in Europe for three weeks and this was our last Hotel we stayed in. They had the biggest bath room, shower and really nice bath towels.
Cons: I would have given them an excellent rating on value but our bill/statement did not have our final amount! So i know this is strange not to know how much you paid. We had prepaid via internet and when the clerk checked us in the amount was lower than what the prepaid amount was, either amount was a value.

Pros: everyone was very friendly. the room was quiet and clean.
Cons: the bed was ok but not the most comfortable ever. the location was ok, but far from where we wanted to go.
Pros: Everything was high level
Pros: The cleanliness, the staff and the location. And free Internet.
Cons: Not had free breakfast with my reserve.
Pros: The front desk staff were exceptional. We had to return home for an emergency. They made sure we had an extra night in the same room, printed airline confirmations and were empathetic. Can't wait to return.
Nice and efficient staff. The hotel needs renovation.
Cons: Old hotel
Pros: location, a couple of blocks away from the turist path still pleasantly closed to everything. Among public spaces, it has a very nice courtyard with access to a playground. Quite convenient for young families. Very efficient staff.
Cons: rooms are very closed to each other and I got noisy neighbors.
Cons: Ac was not keeping the room cold
Pros: Large room with a great bathroom and it was very quiet.
Cons: Front desk staff were not very friendly. Not at all rude...just a little reserved.
Pros: Location is perfect, walking distance to metro and tourist hop on/off busses. Plenty inexpensive places to eat in the area. Loved the open air backyard. Staff was very helpful as well.
Cons: Nothing really! There was no hair conditioner and iron in the room but thats common across all bcn hotels i believe.

Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at ILLA DE ROSSELLO, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was tidy. Lovely, quiet, local area. Easy to get to the city centre.
Cons: The breakfast in the hotel is a bit too expensive as you can walk down the street and have a lovely breakfast in a local cafe.
Our first visit to this part of Barcelona but would return here again
Pros: Location was good ideal for all local transport
Cons: Didn't choose to stay for breakfast a bit pricey we thought
There is a Carrefour nearby, which was good for us, but there weren't a lot of restaurant options. We were only staying there for a couple days before our other reservation, so it was alright, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there for a long time, since it's not close to the things we wanted to see (i.e., beach, city center).
Pros: It was a nice hotel for a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The location was only okay. It is near a station of a train that connects you to the metro, but it's not particularly close to any of the things we wanted to see.
Pros: Friendly and accomodating staff
Cons: Ethernet (wired) internet connection did not work. Free WiFi was available but with a data limit
The Metro is about 2 blocks away. Very nice mall about 2 blocks away. Beside the restaurants at the mall there is no others close by. Breakfast buffet was acceptable but limited. Very small public space. Very small elevators and no concierge. A/C in the room is a problem. It is regulated by hotel and customer has very limited control of room temperature.
Pros: Location to mall.
Cons: No concierge. Not very nice for being a Marriott Hotel. A/C is regulated by hotel management and not by individual room. They regulate the temperature to maintain 72 to come out of vents. The room was between 75 and 78 degrees. Many complaints by others
