Bainbridge Hotels

Every employee I encountered was cheerful and very helpful. I overheard people talking that this hotel was recently remodeled and taken over by new owners. Everyone seems to like the new changes. The Sunday buffet was the cherry on the Sunday. I liked absolutely everything about this hotel! However, it looks as if they could use a little more staff in the bar and buffet area. I will be back on the 29th. I would also like to see the staff using gloves when handling the food items on the buffet.

With the exception of one rude housekeeper, the entire staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I've stayed here several times, and the key cards NEVER work. Had to change rooms this time.

The hotel was recently renovated. They have a bar located on site which was a great plus.

It was convenient for our event, they take pets, the breakfast was very adequate and a nice breakfast room. Coffee and tea 24/7. Pool was clean and the workout room great. The only drawback was very limited space for walking our pups. Not sure how they could fix this.

Loved almost everything about this hotel. Location was good, room was clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better then most continental breakfasts. The carpet in our room was extremely dirty. Our feet and socks were black from the dirt in the carpet. It definitely needs replacing. This was the only negative about our experience.
