Pros (+) Staff was nice
Cons (-) Elevator was broken going into the convention center for two days at the end of the overhead walkway. My husband could not use his scooter to get to the convention center. We were stuck.

Cons (-) Since the hotel was so big it was very impersonal so I guess that is what you get for a large hotel. The service was Omni the certainly not incredible.
