The hotel was clean albeit dated. Walls where a little thin for my taste. Room was well decorated And comfy though.
I have stayed at maaany hotels in this area, and none could compare to this stay. It was a bit pricy, but so worth it!! Friendliest staff ever, everything was so nice inside, the view of the harbor and skywalk was nice, the skywalk to the convention center was SO WONDERFUL. You could hear diners down in the outdoor grill very well from the 10th floor, that might bother some people, but the bed had me sleeping like a log! The room was lovely and welcoming.
I can't think of much, really!! I would have loved a fridge and maybe a microwave in the room, that would have made it perfect, but otherwise I can't complain!
comfortable beds and pillows
cost too high. I registered through (Pri-Med Conference) as part of a group and should have gotten group rates but don't think I did. the Sheraton is my first choice for a hotel but I am becoming unhappy with the cost. I may choose a different hotel next year. I attend this conference every year but the hotel costs are getting too high
Staff was excellent! Beds were very comfortable.
Location and view from room. On site parking.
No ethernet enabled internet connection in room. WiFi was very week in the conference rooms
The location of the hotel ideal for easy access to what our trip plans were.
Restusraunts were expensive and parking was notinluded.
I stayed in the Sheraton in Dover, de and it was great. This past week however I stayed at the Sheraton in Atlantic City, nj and then in Baltimore Maryland and I must say I will not be staying at a Sheraton Hotel again. At both locations the rooms were dirty and the sweet sleeper beds were awful. I wish I had the same experience as I did in Dover.
I booked a month in advance for our one year wedding anniversary. I requested a king bed overlooking the harbor and received a confirmation on my request. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the 4th floor staring at the parking garage. I called the front desk, and was told to come downstairs.
Service, hotel management staff
Lication and how great and kind everyone was.
The desk personnel (particularly Miss Evan and LeRoy) were immensely helpful. LeRoy even lowered our 2nd night stay - we booked a 2nd nite AFTER booking the first night, and got a $50 higher rate! They made us feel special, and we'll look for Sheraton Hotels first in the future. Letisha and Dawn were also very helpful when asking about the billing.
One person at the desk - John (?) wasn't very pleasant or personable over the phone. Thank God we talked to different people when we arrived at the desk.
