For the price they charge is not what I expected the bed are old the conditioning was not working was a mess I will never again go there
the only think I like was location
The staff was very friendly, the receptionist expressed that she was sorry for the inconvenience multiple times. Very pleasant.
The breakfast options could have been better, there was no bacon and everyone loves bacon. There was no variety just basic options... and the waffle maker burned everyone's waffle. The equipment was not working properly to get our room key on time, so we ended up having to get the receptionist to walk us up stairs, and get our key once we came in later that night...
The king bed was very comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep. The room was lager then expected. Great devider doors for privacy in bedroom, toilet and shower room. Had a refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was good, but wished they served it till 10. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The old bank vault was great. Some did not like the lobby smell inside. It was not musty. It was authentic smell of a older Bank building. Not noticable anywhere else only at entrance. Very quiet rooms. Very close to harbor. Highly recommend and historic building. Nice modern rooms and very clean throughout.
Everything was good
The breakfast was just ok. I'm not sure what would make it better to be honest.
The fruit was mushy
3 elevators, only one works. Seems that the staff needed a lesson on how to work their computer system.
