Pros (+) Nothing. I was unable to stay due to a family emergency.
Cons (-) The fact that I was billed twice for a room I did not get to stay in.

Pros (+) When I had a problem the staff was helpful.
Cons (-) First room that gave me was dirty had to change it...2nd room was better, but twice in the morning I went downstairs to get coffee and both times all the coffee was out... then I tried to buy a pop from the vending machine, it took my money, but every selection was sold out. Staff was happy to give my money back. I drank sink water.

Pros (+) This was the most affordable hotel I could find for this weekend. Due to the art festival in town for the weekend I believe that the hotel prices were significantly hiked.
Cons (-) Children running through the halls screaming and crying. Doors slamming. Not super dirty but definitely not the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. Really uncomfortable bed. When my first room door wouldn't unlock with my key I went back to the desk and asked for a new (working) room and possibly in a quieter location. She was very nice, stated that there were a lot of children in the hotel that nig...

Pros (+) Jackie the front desk lady was the sweetest, considering how rude the guest were to her and she kept her cool.
Cons (-) I wish I had more space to deeply describe how absolutely terrible this stay was, the hotel itself had a bar inside that was playing loud music and the halls were full of people. The room was even worse mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, blood stains on towels the floor was wet. I'm so glad we brought our own pillows and blankets or we would have slept in the car. It was a absolute nightm...

Pros (+) We stayed for a Friday night and had no complaints. The desk staff even helped point us to a late night pizza delivery. Room was great and clean and large and the breakfast looked amazing. Got a great deal a day would stay here again.
