I booked a room through a 3rd party site and had to cancel due to very unfortunate circumstances. The 3rs party site was going to refund until the hotel said I showed and used the room. Absolutely did not happen!

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) When booking, I was unaware of the $15 pet fee and was not informed of it until check in. I wouldn’t have booked with the hotel if I had known. They dont allow pets on the 2nd or 3rd floor, which I also did not find out until check in, so I had to be moved to a different room on the 1st floor right next to the stairs. The stairs have a door that you have to access with your room key and very loud ...

Cons (-) They charged or put 2 seperate hold on my card, one for $144 and one for $155 after I already paid kayak $79 for the room.

Cons (-) Too close to the highway -- very noisy! Room could have been a bit cleaner.

Pros (+) Issues with rooms smelling like mold, tv wasn’t working in one of one of the rooms. They switched one of the rooms and I felt the second smelled musty but in the morning realized it was also mold.
Cons (-) Didn’t get a phone call as promised from the manager about our stay. The tv didn’t work, room smelled like mold, and the fridges weren’t working properly as the juice and milk we brought alone we warmish in the morning even though the fridges were plugged in and running.
