The entire hotel, including the room, was dirty. My wife slept in her clothes to avoid touching the sheets as much as possible. There was no soap in the bathroom. The night manager was passed out and left the security doors wide open so anyone could just walk right in. This was the first time that I stayed at a hotel and didn’t feel safe. Pros (+) The location and the beds had excellent mattresses.
Cons (-) They need to update the room as a whole. I saw a lot of things that needed to be fixed.

Cons (-) I ran into an issue with my reservation and rather than help me they double charged me. The management clearly had no interest in having me as a returning customer and I can confidently say I would rather sleep in the street than give baymont inn a cent ever again.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was right in between of where I needed to be.
Cons (-) Rooms need a bit of maintaining. Bathroom walls had been patched over 10 times in the shower alone. Mold was a small issue but house keeping was trying to clean it but it was there so long it wasnt going nowhere.

Pros (+) Hotel was safe & clean. Location was perfect for the price. 5min Uber ride to Historic District and walk the rest.
Cons (-) The bathroom was a closet w/no ventilation. Had to shower with door open. Fitness center was small & the equipment was in poor condition.

Cons (-) It appears as if people above me (3rd floor) loved there and did not care about their surroundings. Constant door slamming , stomping - did not let me sleep!

Pros (+) The staff is wonderful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is above and beyond. A wonderful variety for all ages and diets. The scrambled eggs and sausage are always a nice surprise. Last, parking is never a problem; plenty of room for everyone.
Cons (-) There is nothing we didn't like. Everything at this new Baymont is wonderful.

Pros (+) Great hotel, very clean and wonderful staff. However there were no high chairs in the breakfast room. Watching ourselves and two n other families trying to lap feed their little ones was disappointing. Not good for a family hotel off a highly travelled interstate.

Pros (+) It was very nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker . Nice pillows and air conditioner worked well. Good parking. The breakfast area was also nice.
Cons (-) We had blinds but no curtains with a window to a lighted walkway. We would have liked more than two towels and warmer blankets. There were several hairs that weren't ours. The carpet was very sticky and black seemed to be coming off the pattern on it. I think the humidity in Savannah might contribute to that. Staff seemed kind of distracted and tired but nice.

Pros (+) Large clean rooms, great beds, big bathroom. Accomodated us with a crib and laye checkout to meet my demand for an interview that am when we had a one year old and one vehicle.
Cons (-) A bit isolated.
