Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the in room hot tub as well.

Pros (+) The food offered did not look appealing.
Cons (-) The electricity did not work in all of the outlets. There was no service for the phone. We were moved to another room.

Pros (+) The bed was awesome as was the staff. A little messy because of remodeling, but nothing unexpected. Breakfast was . . . meh . . . coffee maker was very slow one day.
Cons (-) Lamps have USB plugins that were sooooooo slow

Cons (-) Staff was gone for over an hour at the front desk so everyone not just me had to wait for checking in and this was from 11:15 to 12:25 at night. Then when he showed up he said everything was dold out. So couldn't even stay. Parking lot was half empty and this hotel is extremely large. I will never stay at a baymont again and I work on the road every week.

Pros (+) I want to recognize a staff member named Austin our air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We told Austin and, he went and, got us a new room where he made sure the air conditioning was working. All in all a pretty nice hotel and, very friendly and excellent staff.
Cons (-) I wish the pool would’ve been indoors.

Cons (-) The booking date auto populated with the next day instead of the same day. I failed to catch it. Both the hotel and 3rd party booking company declined to change the booking date or refund my money due to “policy”. I will not be using kayak or Hampton hotels going forward since they chose not to help correct a simple mistake.

Pros (+) Nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. Easy to get to off highway. Clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. If we were stopping through I would stay again.

Pros (+) Facilities were well kept and the staff very frendly. Room was clean and we'll maintained. Pool was a big selling point and it did not disappoint. And it was open 24 hr. Best stay in any hotel for a long time.
