Great clean rooms, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Loved the free shuttle service to our terminal as well
Shuttle service yo the airport Great bed
I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, just needed a place to crash next to the airport for an early morning flight the next day. For a basic hotel, this was surprisingly nice. Rooms were clean, staff was responsive, liked the modern functional decor, was just right. Appreciated that they had security in the lobby checking people's room numbers before allowing just anybody up to the rooms. Was a slight smell of smoke in the room
The morning van driver kept texting and not paying attention to the customers
The staff was friendly and my room was clean. I did not have any problems and was only in town for one night so this was perfect for my needs and the price was right.
The night I stayed, it was very quiet Morning coffee and tea did not have tea bags or real sugar
The lady at the front desk was really good Sometimes the common areas were dirty
newly renovated rooms; cleanliness small bathroom, poor WIFI Connectivity
Room was very clean. Housekeeping service is great. Ice machines broken on a few floors.
The shuttle took forever to get us from the airport and the rooms were dingy, with holes in the blankets and thin pillows. The rooms are decorated to look all modern but instead they look cheap.
Everything was ok N/a
Needed a place to stay for a few days while waiting for the next flight out of LAX. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room availability was convenient and flexible. A perfect fit. Minor maintenance to ice machines.
The location was close enough to the beaches. There were crackheads sprinkled around the area there was a spider in my room it smelled like rancid smoke even though I asked for a smoking room I was kind of disgusted by the stench. Also they charge $.75 for ice cubes actually just a bucket a small square bucket from your room which kind of blows my mind!!
We had flown from NY to drive down to San Diego and stayed for a night in LA. Our room was cleaned, renovated look and comfortable. The staff was excellent and free breakfast. Very affordable.
It is close to the airport. The room was old and dirty. Breakfast was poor.
Nothing The name is a ripoff! On the web page it was mistaken for Holiday Inn Express. This is NO Holiday Inn Express. There should be a disclaimer. The TV was a 22” standard. There were ants. The a/c was hard to regulate. Dirty carpet.
Flight was canceled, could not cancel, they kept my money
No. The bed and pillows were full of ants. The desk clerk just ignore my complaint. There was no food that was edible on my diet.
First, I was surprised, that this is not a hotel, but a motel. Anyway, I was very surprised about the cleanliness of the room.. It was in very good condition (I had a room 313) It was perfect as a temporary accommodation, like I needed, when I arrived lax Airport in the night, but I do not recommend it as longer- term accommodation while it's abusing when you hear airplane landing in the middle of the night to the lax airport.
eventhough it is in the crime region , hotel is gated...and ok for singles and men
Room was clean, nice flooring and window covering. Check in evening on 2/9. Clerk not very friendly, did not smile.
the speed to internet is very slow
Nice finishes Comfortable bed Good TV Ants in bathroom - even after killing what we saw at night, more still came back in morning
met my needs for close to airport, inexpensive and clean
room size and quality Noise, transport to the airport
Booked a room thur Booking.com at $79.00 a night. When I got to the Motel there is a large sign that states $59.00 a night. Then The front counter person charged me $10.00 for the shuttle service that is stated to be free on your website. Priced Higher then the Stated Sign Price. Charged for a free shuttle service
Proximity to the airport Very rundown area. Desk staff brusque and unhelpful. Cleaning staff co-operative. Inclusive breakfast was an insult to the name of breakfast, Disgusting. Shuttle service was not provided by the hotel as advertised and the result was expensive. I cancelled a booking for a return visit and this was not cancelled and I was charged as a no show.
Location was good. There was no hot water. A few bugs in the room and it was quite noisy by the freeway.
Location Continental breakfast and outdated appliances.
it was somewhat peaceful the smell was horrible. the bed was very uncomfortable. when i paid for the hotel it said check out was at 12pm not 11am and i had to argue to the front desk about that
Staff was great and very helpful with getting me into my room. You have all the essentials in your room. The area is a very sketchy part of Los Angeles area. I wish I would have done more research in where I was staying
Price was decent and secure parking. Had direct TV and internet, good for a short stay. AC and heating works great. You get a frig, microwave and a box tv. Bedding had an off scent and felt a little cough after the night. The walls arn't well insulated so you can hear your neighbor watch TV. Mine neighbor went to bed at a good time so I was able to get sleep.
The room seemed clean (I'm also a germ-o-phobe so I clean everything anyway, 5 start hotel or not) & spacious for someone who just wanted somewhere to stay - without interest in amenities. I drove so proximity amenities or food within walking distance wasn't important. I had a room on the ground floor with no other rooms above. As for it being a bad neighborhood, it's no West Hollywood, but for someone who left early and was in before dark, I didn't hear or see anything bad. The parking lot was really small and took some maneuvering in to spaces but that being said, I didn't have a problem finding a spot close to my room. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the phone vibrating for the person in the next room & when they talked on the phone. Obviously this is a design flaw that can't be changed but if you're a light sleeper you might have a problem, I had none.
-Very good value for an LA motel -Staff very responsive and kind -Gated + security cameras on-site -facilities (bed, fridge, shower, drawers) adequate -Room was way too hot, poor ventilation. -Loud noises during the night, including 1 night of a couple arguing + 1 night of loud gunshot noises -Local area very poor, many shops are protected by metal bars; hotel booth protected by bullet-proof glass
Excellent overall value for money. Recommended, unless location is a problem. Not within walking distant to any attractions.
It was central to my needs. It was a very small room, Very little parking. Rules wouldn't allow me to have guests without clearing them with the front desk first.
Very clean room, very comfortable stay, friendly staff and had HBO The surrounding area was ok
I like that the came with time warner cable, a fridge, and microwave. The manager lady was rude, my room smelled like cat urine, the shower sucked, couldn't check into my room until 6p, it was just not a good experience.
Quiet Comfortable beds Newish interiors Lots of free toiletries. Great safe location close to LAX. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. I found some hairs in the tub.
Friendly staff, really large rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, clean rooms and linens, A/C in great working condition, blackout curtains. Super cozy. I slept like a baby. Also, really great location with tons of restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations near by. A few minutes' drive from LAX, car rental places, beaches. Wi-Fi was a little slow at times but overall not bad. The toilet paper was waaaay too thin and it would get stuck and rip when you try to unroll it. Just bring your own toilet paper or use the Kleenex.
The price on this is the only positive I can think of. You really get what you pay for. And there's a police station nearby. So, first off, there's 27 rooms, and 27 parking spaces, two of which are handicapped. When I came back to the hotel after a night on Santa Monica pier, there was literally only one handicap space left empty, and I can't park on the street because that's illegal during the night. When I tried to get help from the staff about this (they are a 24hr office), no one was there. I didn't get it resolved until I had already parked in the handicap space and was in my room about to sleep. Other than that, the bed was hard as a rock, and the internet barely worked with text-based websites, let alone video streaming like Hulu or Netflix. The neighborhood is pretty scary, especially at night. Your only solace that your stuff won't be stolen is there's a police station a short walk away. All in all, if you're in a pinch and can't afford anything else, go for it. Otherwise, stay away.
dirty linens, uncleaned bathroom, missing toilet roll to name a few. I had previously stayed in Tahoe and assumed this one in LA should be comparable but this is huge contrast!
This is by no means the Ritz, but if you are looking for a clean room and a comfortable bed, this hotel has what you need. It's literally around the corner from a coffee shop, jack-in-the-box and a convenience store. Parking is a little cramped.
The room was clean. The road noise was pretty bad, the smell of the room was unusual, there was a homeless looking person wheeling a shopping cart through the parking lot in the early evening. I will never stay at a one star hotel again.

It was very quiet and it was a nice place to stay were the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good not much but it's was a good way to the morning I like everything
Beautiful property, Huge room, clean very confortable nothing
I thought this hotel was nice and very quiet. Staff was friendly and the hotel was well taken care of. They had a very nice flower garden down the whole front of the hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the pool waas freezing.
Spacious rooms Price, should be lowered on sun-thurs
My daughter and I checked into our room which was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It was not. The room had patches all over the walls where it looked like someone kicked and punched holes. The carpet was stained, frayed, and lumpy. The bed was pathetic and the dresser drawers wouldn't shut and they had graffiti on the inside of them. We told the lady that we could not stay there. So she gave us a key to a new room. It was better - or so I thought it would be. When I went to take a shower, I turned on the tub faucet and a CHUNK of tiny ants spurted out. This place is next to a nasty little liquor store where creeps hang out. It appears that some of the rooms are occupied by long-term renters who are scary.

The lady owner at the front desk will price match and/or will have a lower price than priceline. Mattress was horrible. Springs poking you in everything.
room size was fairly large for the cheap price we paid
I booked a room for one night for my family. This place is the scariest motel ever. It basically is used for long term stays by everyone there. They must keep one or two for nightly stays. I saw alot of activity going on here that was very scary to myself and my family. We were basically confined to our room because we were so frightened. I didn't even sleep the whole night because I thought something might happen. So please please please if you have a family DO NOT stay here.
You hace to pay ir bus ice
Its ok, the receptionist was ok with my ID lost and took my costco card instead The 5 dollar deposit for the key is unnecessary , the bathroom was super tiny, the drawers were falling apart, overall, it stood up to ot 2 star expectations
Location fit my needs. Forever checkin, key/remote deposit (cash), reversed knobs on tub.-
