The staff did not honor my reservation. Ruining my trip, they waited until pickup time to let me know that they had no cars available and that if a car were to become available that they would not honor my booking price.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The car was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. I really dislike getting a car that doesn't have a full tank of gas and being tol to bring it back with the same amount of gas. It means that Enterprise will always get back more gas than you had at the beginning!Good to know
