Smooth transaction all around I didn’t fully grasp that the add on insurance offered was third party so you still have to provide your personal insurance provider at the counter.
I was unaware that I needed to have my credit card with me. When I booked the rental, it didn’t advise me on what I needed to bring in order to pick it up. I have rented vehicles before and was able to use a debit card. So, I was stranded in Lexington instead of being where I needed to be.
I had to clean car interior to remove some residue from orevious rental ; otherwise, all good.

Terrible. I made a reservation through kayak. Upon my arrival I learned Avis was not honoring the reservation. I needed to get to Louisville and struggled to find an alternative route. Result ended up using uber to get home. Absolutely disappointed and learned I can not rely on kayak.
