Pros (+) We found the staff very friendly and the room clean and well maintained. We were able to bring our Grandchildren over and let them play in the indoor pool. They loved it.
Cons (-) They did have an issue with a guest down the hall. The manager had to come up and ask them to leave. Not really a bad thing though as we saw they quickly took care of issues.

I had some hesitation later wondering if being in Vancouver was going to be a problem, but on the contrary found it a great location for our various jaunts around the area. Pros (+) The night staff really went from and beyond to help us with my baby. Also the rooms were comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean. Friendly staff and rooms were updated and very comfortable. Breakfast was a plus for us as a family. Breakfast had several items to choose from. Also walking distance to the mall and restaurants.
Cons (-) They definately need more staff at the breakfast lounge. The one lady had a hard time keeping the food items refilled. People were either waiting for one thing or the other.She was trying hard to keep up. I saw customers even offered to help clean the tables seeing she was running to and from the kitchen.
