Like: Centrally located, interior entrance to our room, large living room suit, modern decor dinning room with 24 hours lemon water, tea and coffee. Regular flavor oatmeal and boiled eggs breakfast. Beautiful view of a rose plant outside of our first floor room window. Could have been better: larger bathroom and bedroom too crammed in suite. Shampoo dispenser was too high and difficult to reach. Dated sofa, room still feels dark with light on from fixtures at each corner of living room. TV remote was hard to figure out how to turn on TV. Had to call the front desk for help. Breakfast yogurt expired, some are still have a few day before expired. Our friend’s room next door also on first floor was waken up by upstair room early morning. My friend’s room mattress was too soft.
Front desk can benefit from customer service training. The check-in process was less than desirable, after driving four hours to be greeted by an unwelcoming clerk. The beds are lumpy, pillows are awful. The ground (floor of the room) is uneven, and stains are everywhere. Hardly a boutique hotel experience, in fact, it is the opposite. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you have options, pick another place to stay.
