Very clean and stylish hotel. Room small but loads of wardrobe and drawer space. Excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast excellent at the waterfront bistro and very helpful and freindly staff. Hotel pool kept superbly clean, good size for proper swimming and excellent poolside facilities.

Not apparent if the restaurant in the hotel building is really open yet - get the impression this new hotel is still finding its own market amid the great range of restaurants and hotels in Bitez. Only drawback is the noise of the Karaoke bar nearly but as everything seems to go quiet around midnight anyway, not too much of a problem.

Cute, comfortable resort like hotel in quaint Bitez bay. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Spend a few days lounging and swimming on beach. Definitely recommend and would return.

Thought id try somewhere cheaper. Reading previous reviews i thought this hotel would be resonable. Not the cleanest. Rat poo around outside of room... alot... room curtains where white and was like sleeping in the sun.

I didn't like staying at Tumay hotel, at all. If there was another place where I can switch to, I would rather staying at somewhere else. We made reservation with credit card but we were not able to pay with credit card. staff was poor. the food was not good.

The hotel is close to the sea side and has a good access to the public transportation. The hotel staff was nice.

We changed the room because of the bad, bad smell. We paid in advance for 4 bed room, after changing we got 3 bed room and the hotel manager said nothing about giving money back for the bed we did not get but was paid for.
