I’m sure the last hour of the day on a Friday is always busy. So there was about a half hour to forty minute wait. The only thing that could have been better. But I’m sure happens more often then not on a Friday night night an hour before closing.10.0 Wonderful

Quite a bit. My brother experienced multiple mechanical problems including a transmission going out and broken headlights. They told us to drop it off at another location because our pickup location was closing soon. The man at that location tried charging an extra $84 for a "refuling" charge even though we returned the car on full. He was unable to explain why it was on there and stated "I don't know return it in Colton tomorrow." He refused to call anyone to see why the charge was on there and was very rude. I am just amazed at all of the problems we experienced.6.0 Okay
