Seems in need of a renovation - lots of things in room not quite right. TV didn'the work, A/Canadian struggled, ripped blind, stained carpet. Didn'the like paying for WiFi separate, but when I did, slow, slow, slow.
Lots of amenities, pool, fitness center, nice lounge So large parking is sometimes a bit far, however, plenty space available.
Very clean hotel. Seemed well run. Parking was difficult
Complimentary breakfast should be included. Pool should be open for longer.
The nice part of the hotel was the location and appearance. The worst part was being accused of stealing by w staff member who was not on the clock. She called my boyfriend and I "these people". Her tone of voice and attitude was completely uncalled for especially at 4am. Also the room above mine smelled like cigarettes because the people above were smoking. My room has no fridge so I could not store the food I paid for so that was thrown away and a waste of money. In the morning my breakfast order was messed up twice which was also paid for. The room above or below mine was playing music till 5am. My boyfriend and I had no sleep.
The staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and had everything you could want. The mattress was warped and we could not get comfortable.
the pool was nice for the kids and we had adjoining rooms off the highway so the noise we were not used too
Starting with the stringy towels (The kind that you would use to wash the dog) The one bar of soap, very small. The $9.95 a day charge for internet. The security bar for th door that was loose and stuck thought I was stuck in the room. No refrigerator and a small ice bucket. It help exactly two small glasses of ice. I was shocked that this was a Sheraton The desk clerks new nothing about our event or that the event had a block of rooms reserved. I will not stay there again.
The comfort of the room, access to the pool, room service, the price, and the quick check in and out. What I didn't like was that me and my children were placed in a room (some short in communication between front desk and person checking the room), with a man we did not know. He was coming out of the bathroom, when we entered the room. Thank God he was nice, and also very understanding. That could have turned out bad since my daughter was the first to enter the room.
Clean hotel, comfortable beds -Very difficult to locate even with GPS -Sink was made for hobbits -Who doesn't offer free wifi with the hotel room these days? -Staff seemed untrained and uninformed about the local area or between shifts (the night shift didn't really know how to handle misinformation between different shifts)
Entering the premises from highway is awkward and puzzle-like, even with GPS. It is advertised as a non-smoking premises, while our room had a strong, terrible odor of stale tobacco smoke!
Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of things for young children to do. Water parks seemed clean- no floating band aids or litter. Our room was located right next to the elevators and we could here every time someone got on or off the elevator- not good when you have two young children. We requested a crib and were told there would be one in the room but there was not. Also, why do you have employees keeping the doors open to the water parks? It is warm inside the water parks but very cool in the hallways. This causes the warm air to rush out and cool air to come in and hit you, especially if you are playing on the edges of the water park. As we have two young children, we were always at the edge, otherwise it would be to deep for them. The cool air rushing in and hitting their wet skin made them quite cold and we were not able to spend as much time in the water parks as we would have liked to.
Water slides, hot springs, lazy river, kiddie slides, arcade, paw pass, magiquest & good snacks!! Long wait at reception!!
The hotel had no one there on a Friday night, so it was very quiet, even on the ground floor. The linens were clean, and the pool and gym were very tidy as well. You also get a complimentary cookie when you check in. I found a used Qtip on my night stand, but the room was clean other than that. When I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste (which I forgot to bring) they were very stingy and hesitant to give me the products.
It was the perfect stay before the Boston Marathon. They had everything needed to be prepared for the race... good Italian food close by, a fridge in the room, great breakfast in the morning, and even a shuttle to the start of the race!
Hotel provided shuttle service for marathon runners and was exceptionally organized. Rooms were great. Restaurant service wonderful Can't think of anything they missed
The rooms were nice, comfortable. I ordered room service, food was very good, service was fast, servers were very friendly and helpful. Good location, lots of restaurants around. It was quiet around our rooms save for a little construction noise, very enjoyable. Got cookies upon arrival : ) There were some pounding noises due to construction on the floor below, but not too bad. I was sleeping late, so it woke me up around 10 am on Sunday, which surprised me. Their tv service could be better - no on demand channels and no tv guide channel to know what was coming up next.
Vibe (modern design) Comfortable and clean room. Comfortable bed. Location Value for money Coffee machine should be better Noisy old AC Old Windows
Staff was great! Very accommodating, clean room, smelled great, quiet and easy checkin/out My girlfriend whacked her ankle on the bedframe that was out of place..It was unsafe and not a good thing. Her ankle is now swollen and it is messing with her work schedule. I can not go back to this place because of this...
We were delight with the staff and the hotel. There was a guy at the front desk (the one from Albania) who was very charming and addressed us to a very good place to have dinner around.
The room was comfortable, clean everything was fine. Nice breakfast spread and why don't all hotels have free wi-fi throughout?
The only good thing I can say is that the accommodation was comfortable. This was the lease welcoming Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. Staff was not at all friendly and security was ridiculous. I have never been in a hotel with so much security. I mean they were storming around the hotel, standing in the hallways and scaring our hockey kids to the point of nightmares . They are 9-10 year old boys. I never felt at ease and relaxed
They serve you in plastic cups. No restaurants. It says breakfast included but there is only a basket at the reception with a pile of croissants. Beautiful view over the trucks, therefor, you better not change your clothes in your room with no closing the curtains.
The room below had four barking shelties that marked to go out at 6:00 am. They barked while they played. They barked when the wanted to come in. This repeated hourly. Their barking could easily be heard through the glass windows. Frequent calls to the front desk resulted in their suggesting that I move to a different floor farther from the noise. To take this advice I would have to: (1) repack my clothes and my wife's into our suitcases (2) do the same for the refrigerator items (3) same for cabinet stored food items. Then (4) load cart and move to another room; (5) unpack suitcases; (6) unpack cooler; (7) unpack food stuff. During this discussion - no-one from management contacted my - only front desk clerks - and only when I called. They never initiated any contact. My time isn't free - nor is it my job to adhere to the glowing promises Hilton makes regarding customer care and satisfaction. Instead I called the corporate office; explained the above history; received a voucher for nights to be used at any Embassy Suites within a year. While this seems fair - the original problem is inexcusable. Why/how can a guest bring four dogs and allow them to run free in the hotel courtyard before dawn? What guest would think they can impose this on other guests? Also note: Beware - this hotel does not provide alcohol during the evening guest reception the way they do in other states.
Welcoming staff Clean room Everything worked Nothing to dislike
This place was really quiet and very generous while my stay. I only was there for one night, due to my training I had for the weekend, but I got a chance to take a tour myself and did love the cleanliness of the hotel. Food was great at the hotel. Do recommend it !
Beautiful and family oriented place. Very Quiet and staff was extremely pleasant. There was a sign that said there was coffee from 6am to 10pm. This was not the case. I missed breakfast but figured I could still get coffee on my way out, but the employee there at the time said that they dont offer coffee all day. Only at breakfast because of financial reasons. So i was pretty bummed out about that.
Quiet, quaint, homey, convenient to center of cute town. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet, with a courteous staff. Free breakfast offered a good selection.
their service of their owners and people - they were very accomodating and helpful
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is clean. Overall the room was very clean and the location was convenient for us. Our only complaint is that the room smelled very musty. We had the window open the entire time but unfortunately it only opens about 3 inches – wasn't enough to circulate out the odor. In all fairness we did not tell the staff at the hotel, nor did we give them a chance to fix this or change our room. We were so tired when we got in we didn't have the energy to make any changes. It's possible our room was the only one that was like this.
The room was very clean and they wash ALL linens between guests. My husband had a good night's sleep but the mattress was so very hard that I could not stand it and sat in the chair all night. I did not sleep a wink.
The friendliness of ALL the staff. Everyone greeted us from the lowest worker to the highest. That was most notable. clean and well maintained hotel. Meals from the dining room was excellent, beautiful decor.l
Staff is extremely friendly and hotel is very clean. Prices are really good. Really nice location with nice dining options. Beds are absolutely positively horrible. They are supposedly adjustable but it's the cheapest version of adjustability available. It really sucks because the hotel is really nice in every other aspect but when you can't sleep comfortably it kills all the other good feelings you have about the place. I think you should invest in a better adjustable bed or go to a regular mattress because what you have now is just horrible. I stayed for an overnight getaway with my wife for our anniversary and it makes it horrible when the most important thing is extremely uncomfortable.
Our favorite thing about the hotel was the freshness of the 'modern' feel of the room and it's appointments - clean, simple, uncluttered - probably leading the field of where successful lodging is heading. Easy access to 495 and 90. Across from Cabelos! No negatives.

Seemed like a new hotel, modern clean decor. Continental breakfast above average. Excellent that they provided turkey sausage. My room faced the Mall entrance across the street. The mall store signs were lit-up like a lighthouse beacon ALL NIGHT and the room did not have black-out curtains to draw. A little confusion about making up the room but that was quickly remedied.

The tv I don't like your coffee
location--breakfast--staff-comfort-cleanliness a/c unit tended to be loud when condenser kicked in. this is not uncommon in most hotels unfortuneatly
Either brand new or newly renovated. Very nice. The staff did seem a little cold but I'm beginning to realize this may just be a New England thing. Everyone seems a bit grumpy! No problems, just not a lot of active customer service or going above and beyond either though.
Clean room, nice staff, kept up, not worn down, adequate parking, payphone Needed to do laundry, dryer was out for my stsy, working so I didn't have time to go to a laundromat so had to wear dirty clothes
CleanModern hotelComplemetary breakfast including eggs, sausage, etc.Shopping and grocieries available right across the street Microwave and Fridge in the room Comfortable beds Poor sound insulation in rooms. Can hear people above walking around and conversations in adjacent rooms. If you are light sleeper you may want to select another hotel.Free but very slow wireless internet
Clean and new.
Most comfortable beds ever. Good bar area. Best place with the limited invatory in the area. Nothing was negitave.
Staff was professional and helpful. Only positive aspect of stay. Room was below average. Bathroom had loose, torn wallpaper, towel rack fell off. Heat did not regulate well. Either very hot or cold. Very noisy guests all night long. Will avoid Doubletree in future.
Airport and mountain views!
professional staff tending to needs of guests...plentiful breakfast and convientient location to highway
Loved the breakfast buffet. The heater in my room kept malfunctioning. The first nite the girl at the desk was in my room 3 times, trying to fix it. The next day a man came & fixed it.
It was just what we wanted and expected.
Friendly and helpful personnel.
Helpfulness of staff, closeness to event I was attending (at the trade center) Cash machine was broken and staff could not give cash back on credit card; very inconvenient as most people don't have cars. Also would be good if hotel shuttle went to train station.
The location was excellent for the various places we wanted to go to. Their food services were very good and the people associated with those particular services were excellent. We constantly had to request towels because they were not always replaced when they removed used towels.
The breakfast buffet was good. The room we booked with Kayak was not the room we were given at the hotel. After a lengthy discussion they moved us to the renovated floor. Please note they were telling us it was Kayak's issue. I am sketicple now to book again through your site and or stay at that hotel again.
Friendly & helpful staff....facility of a late checkout... location suited
No Way to get to shopping or highway walking from hotel
Clean, well placed close to 495 exit, quite place, snack at the bar is good enough to stay for lunch or dinner. There is a dancing place open on Friday and Saturday nights, depending where is your room you may have trouble to sleep before 2AM.
Next door to the show I was attending
Really nice and very friendly staff.
We left our pillow in the room, is there any way we can get mailed to us? The mirror on the bathroom door had a childs finger prints on it.The AC was going on and off all night, waking us up. The sheets looked like they were not changed (very wrinkled).
Unrestricted wireless Internet access. No complimentary breakfast of any kind.
great staff, especially in the restaurant. the place is really for trade show people. i was just a generic visitor to Boston, and probably should have stayed at a smaller hotel.
Great breakfast buffet/friendly staff I asked a night front desk employee where the nearest pharmacy and/or grocery store might be and she said she didn't know. Seemed a little odd that she didn't know.
Staff and overall environment was excellent. Pool out of use for way too long. While using the facilities next door was a kind gesture, why should I travel to a different destination for amenities I paid for at that location. The prices should reflect the inconvenience. There is too much competition out there to let the little things be left unattended.
Price was a little high
The front desk staff were all great and extremely helpful. When our planned über car was delayed they arranged a free hotel shuttle to and from our event. It worked out wonderfully.
They were dirty and staff was rude. I cancelled my reservation bwhen we got there a little before check in an just looked around.
Left clothing in closet and called 2 days later and they did not find or know anything about it.
The room was newly renovated. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was quiet and private feeling. The queen bed that we had was very comfortable. We had a suite, which was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast that was provided was filling and of good variety and quality, especially for a hotel breakfast. The wifi was easy to connect to and plenty fast. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We needed directions for transportation and restaurants and they went out of their way to make sure that we were given clear instructions and quality suggestions. The price that we received through using Kayak gave us a great suite at the price of most small rooms elsewhere. I really couldn't have been much happier with our stay. The breakfast staff could do a little better job at washing the dishes and utensils more carefully. There were a few times that I had to leave a plate or fork laying on the counter because it wasn't sufficiently clean. They did a great job of keeping up with the number of people eating each morning though.
Pool only open 12-9 pm. Big disappointment to us as we would have picked elsewhere had we known.
Room was big, good layout. Good location, pleasant staff.
Everything about this hotel was exactly what we were looking for! No.
Stayed for a hockey tournament. Great location, clean rooms, and staff was helpful with area restaurants, and providing space for party.
The kitchen in our suite worked wonderfully for our family. The dining area was very cramped during breakfast times.
Had a great time! My room was upgraded without my knowledge for free and was terrific! If I had more time I would have used both beds! Only downside was I couldn't drag a mattress from the bedroom to place in front of fireplace only because there was no bear skin rug!!! Honestly it was better than I expected! Pool was great and we loved the jacuzzi. simple check in and out. I look forward to going there again. Thanks for everything.
We stayed one night. The hotel was clean and the staffs were kind. The breakfast was fine. The hotel mistakenly charged one night even though we prepaid it. But I could resolve it by calling them without too much difficulty. In overall, I was satisfied and would stay there again.
We were staying with a large group. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. NO
Close to the historical sites of Concord. The hotel was extremely loud. Our room was on the floor above, and not even directly above, the bar. The live music was sooooo loud that despite having earplugs, and smothering my head with pillows the music was still loud. If we hadn't needed to get up early in the morning it wouldn't have been a problem, but it made getting up at 6 impossible. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made relaxing after the music finally stopped impossible.
With history and hopsitality aplenty, Concord's Colonial Inn is the the perfect place to stay when visiting historical New England. Friendly staff and great kitchen.
They tried to overcharge me. Luckily I had m email from you and could show them the rate.
They upgraded our room because the original room was near the Tavern which was noisy, also much smaller than our upgrade. Also, we received $25 toward a meal at the Inn. Great deal! Initally they could not find our reservation. Apparently, someone at the hotel had crossed out our reservation and changed it to the following month. Fortunately, they had plenty of rooms available to accommodate us.
Breakfast was excellent. Location of the hotel was very good.
Service is always wonderful, and the staff make the visit quite enjoyable. The Inn has a unique, very appealing charm.
The thing I like best was that this hotel is on the historic register. I stayed in the "newer" section, but it was still a true piece of history. It is also a short walk from North Bridge and Sleepy Hollow Cemetary, two very significant places in America. I thought the room was too small and the furnishings, carpet, and linens were shabby. Yes, there is a difference between "period" and just in need of update.
The friendliness of the staff and their attitude towards sorting out problems
Loved the history of the Inn and the charming dining rooms, taverns and common area.
Proximity to Middlesex school. Old tired rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Small bathrooms.
Easy on off highway and pleasant atmosphere despite location being away from it all. Good they had everything you might need, food, shop and fitness. no breakfast included. Although I did see a table of muffins but wasn't sure if they were complimentary. No problem just to grab a coffee and croissant from Starbucks and I was on my way. If they had pet facilities I'd stay more often.
very nice room and quite no pool
