Professional , courteous staff Aircondituoner system old loud
We got a really great deal to stay for two nights during summerfest. We booked about 3 weeks ahead of time. The hotel is in a very nice, safe looking area, with access to plenty of stores and restaurants close by. It also is located with easy access to highways. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. We enjoyed a neatly furnished room with a comfortable king size bed and charming niceties. The bathroom was functional though outdated. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were clean and busy. I noticed that the indoor pool had a very nice wheelchair lift. We were somewhat disappointed that the hotel housed two pools and no hot tub. They had two workout rooms, one for cardio and one for weight lifting, these were both very nicely done and contained a large amount of exercise equipment. Overall, a great experience for the price. Lack of hot tub.
Staff was a bit slow, but courteous. Room was clean. We only needed it for a place to crash, so we didn't need much. We asked for informaiton about taxis, since we knew we would be drinking and didn't want to drive, but the only option given was the one owned by the person at the help desk, and I thought it was outrageously expensive. So we found our own solution. Also, it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. But no fridge.
Although it appears outdated from outside, hotel is clean & rooms are comfortable. Easy access to freeway, Miller Park, mall. Staff has always been friendly each time I've stayed.
Location was nice. EZ to highway and to Miller Park, Fair, and downtown
Bathroom was not clean. There were shaving clippings all over the sink area.
Big rooms. Seperate sleeping from living. Our room was disgusting and dirty. There was something I the carpet that was red and bubbly. The couch was horrible and flat. The room smelled old and moldy. also saw the cleaning ladies clipboard as we walked out of our room and it said the room next to ours was "bed bug city".
The care in reservation requests, comfort, great staff, cleanliness--all were great. And quietness of the rooms. We will be returning.
I gave it five stars because they wouldn't let me give it six! I would be hard-pressed to find anything I didn't like about this place. We had one mechanical issue in the room which was taken care of very promptly. Awesome service by Tim and the rest of the maintenance crew.
Everything was great! The service was excellent! Everything was so clean, and efficient, I will be looking into staying again when we go visit family.
clean impossible to find, no in-room wi fi ( unless you paid $10... that's tacky)
Comfortable beds, very professional and friendly staff. Loud in the morning, sounded like someone was hanging pictures next door and moving furniture above me.
Nice rooms and excersise area with pool Would of liked a breakfast or coffee included has a bistro on site though
I had to cancel at the last Moment and was out $800
They accommodated all of our requests - away from elevator, ice machine and other people. We were traveling with a baby and wanted a quiet room. Very clean and nice decor. There was a cool bar and restaurant area but we did not have a chance to try it. The elevator is in the back of the hotel, and you have to wind around to find it... so it was tricky getting to our room from the lobby. The hotel could have used more signs to direct guests to the elevator.
The staff was great! Which great customer service makes the stay even more better. I could go on about their hospitality. Me and my boyfriend chose the place on a last minute decision for Valentine's Day and it worked out great!
The hotel was quiet, clean, nice atmosphere, not too big so easy to find your way around, complimentary breakfast was good! Overall great hotel! Would definitely stay here again. They didn't have my reservation when I was checking in, but that was booking.com's fault for not sending the information to the hotel. The person at the front desk was very nice and made a phone call and within a few minutes had the reservation and I was able to get checked in no problem. There was construction scaffolding outside because they are renovating so it doesn't look the best when you first pull up but looks great inside and we didn't hear any noise. May be an issue if you are there during the week.
The rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was great, good selection. Pool area was nice and there were plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will go back again when we are in the area. The pool could have been a little warmer.
went to Brewers game shopping malls Pike lake boyfriend lives there we stayed there kind of central where we wanted to go loved it!!
They have a great manager, Daryl I believe is his name. He was really on top of things and made sure you were well taken care of. Some things I like as a business traveler: The place was quite (well built). The place was clean. They had a refrig in the room. The room temperature controls worked. They had the USA Today newspaper. They had cookies. They offered a great breakfast and the lady who took care of that even made sure I was doing okay. Finally, this is probably just me but they had half & half for my coffee not just Coffemate - they're not the same.
They were there when we arrived. I questioned about a second night reservation and thought we had a nights stay reserved. When we returned the following night we found we did not have a reservation and that the second night would be much more costly than the first. We stayed elsewhere!!
Good location. Clean. Comfortable room. Staff was nice.
Good value. Good matress. No closet, small wardrobe.
It is easy to access from the expressway. It is a newer hotel. It has a bus that takes you to the Brewers game.
My daughter loved the complimentary spa items; I hated them because I hate essential oils. ImpressI've hotel for the price. When we arrived around 12:30pm Wednesday there was a room service tray outside of a door down the hall. Thursday morning it was still there, and the strawberry was so fuzzy with mold, I have to believe it had been there for days. It was gone by Thursday afternoon, however. The hall always seemed to be cluttered with housekeeping carts, and doors were left open to staff-only rooms that probably shouldn't have been open.
Rooms were clean and hotel is great for getting shuttled to and from Miller Park, the Zoo, and any other attraction within a 5 mile radius. The shuttle service took too long to come and get us from the zoo. We were told it would only take 15 minutes. We called 20 minutes before we would be ready and the shuttle came 1 hour and 45 minutes later. So just call the shuttle plenty of time earlier than you need it to be safe.
No refrigerator in room or microwave
The room was very nice and clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good, much better than most hotel breakfasts. No
Rooms were huge and clean, loved the balcony, great view of golf course, free breakfast was outstanding. The only thing that could make it better if there was a shuttle to Alpine Valley!!
When I was moved the room was fine. Not as much as I expected for the price but with free breakfast and socials I suppose that was part of overall cost I was put in the very last building at back of complex. I did not feel safe and the room was not cleaned very well. Fridge wasn't wiped out well and tub had exposed screws from repairs that were rusty.
Great location and relaxing setting.
It's in a very quiet location. Beautiful grounds. The breakfast was very good. It definitely needs some TLC in the rooms, and especially the bathrooms. The pool was not very large, and I was surprised that it was an outdoor pool, in Wisconsin.
The set up of the room. Spacious and somewhat secluded Tub- the tub was noisy and the toilet could of been much cleaner. The chipped paint on the porch was not good on the eyes
Location is wonderful with open space on the golf course. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to highway. Shopping and restaurants.
With a view of the golf course, a decent sized room, pool, meals and fun provided it's all we needed for a nice summer getaway. It's close to shopping, the zoo and downtown. I've never been or even had a desire to go to Milwaukee but I wouldn't mind coming back. The Inn does a great job of keeping guests happy and coming back.
Front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds and really nice bedding. There were a lot of cars there the night I stayed but it was very quiet and I slept really well. No odors or damage despite pets being allowed in all the rooms. Although the rooms were a little dated, I believe they may be doing some remodeling. Either way, for the price it was clean and I slept very well in a very comfortable bed. I didn't try the limited continental breakfast.
This hotel had coffee available for guests 24/7. Each suite has a kitchenette which is a bonus. I asked housekeeping to give us fresh towels but they still cleaned up the kitchenette, straightened the bed and placed chocolate mints on the linens.

Very friendly staff Room was a little warm
The room was clean and spacious. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious. The location was great! We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be returning to this hotel. The only thing our room didn't have that we needed was a pizza cutter! (Obviously I'm grasping at straws to think of something negative). Overall we had a great experience!
Overall - great value. Nice suites for the price of regular rooms (with full kitchen). Clean. Convenient location.
The room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Location No viable breakfast.
Full size frig/freezer
Front desk staff very helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was not well stocked.
Better hotels in the area for business travel. Only rooms in local area available were at this La Quinta, but there's a reason for that. Hotel is dated, rooms even moreso. Abandoned shopping center in the parking lot, and their own lot needs to be resurfaced and parking lines repainted. Hotel's laundry facility (for their linens/towels) on first floor was visible and in use - not something guests want to see. Carpets in room look old, no plug on nightstand, two double beds (no king), TV placed on low shelf, something that appeared to be mold on bathroom ceiling above shower, and noise levels are rather high from neighboring rooms, hallway, and room above. I wouldn't recommend it.
It was fine. Room was dated but clean.
The hallway smelled and then my room was really bad....smelled like smoke and body odor. I was only staying for less than 12 hours, so I did not ask to change but it was pretty disgusting.
We were given an upgrade on our room. Very nice surprise, room was very comfortable. Morning buffet could offer a few other items fruit, oat meal would be nice.
The staff on at the time were very nice. Continental breakfast was good. Decent price. I think it's great that you allow pets, but learn to clean up after them. Our blanket that we we planned to sleep with was covered in dog hair which made us feel the bedding was not washed. Was glad we could get a new blanket from the nice staff. But also pet hair all over the bathroom and toilet wasn't very clean. Also the doors did not work first the door by our room wasn't reading the key card the whole time we were there and once I came to the main door and it wouldn't open and knocked until a guest opened it for me. I get technical issues happen but they should maybe try to pay more attention and make sure things are in order during such a high travel time.
The beds and pillows were comfortable.the rooms were adequate Couldn't sleep with the the two dogs barking in the next room till 1 am and then again early in the morning around 7.!! Morning buffet was less than desirable! Whrre was the advertised fruit? No fruit at all! Too many surgery carbohydrates options and no healthy alternatives. No oatmeal packets How can you be out of salt. Who eats an egg without salt? No cups for juice except coffe cups Bath tub had scum in it. Bathroom floor had pubic hair. Hand towel was evidently used and dirty
The hotel staff was quite helpful and remarkably polite despite being faced with an irritable, dirty soldier ( me) who'd just driven 20+ miles out of his way through some truly awful road construction, despite it being about 1 am. The young lady at the desk went out of her way to make things right after the booking site screwed up and booked me for this hotel instead of the one in Bayshore and the Bayshore hotel refused to help me out. ( The Bayshore hotel flat-out told me that they'd charge me an extra $30 to have my reservation switched. ) She also asked when I would be leaving and made sure there was a cup of coffee waiting for me at the desk on my way out the door in the morning because it was before they started serving breakfast. Overall, the hotel was dated and needed some repair work, but the staff made up for it as best they could with service. It's WAY off the beaten path if you're looking for a place to stay near Milwaukee. If you're looking for something in Waukesha county near the Waukesha/Pewaukee/Brookfield area, it's fine. But I wouldn't advocate staying here if you've got business in the city. The area around the hotel and the hotel itself is a bit run-down and aged if well-kept. It's not dangerous or dirty, just old and unattractive. If that's not an issue to you then it's not a bad hotel for the price.
Bed was not a queen and if it was it was a tiny queen, it was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Very bad back pains in the morning. They said they had breakfast, I wasn't expecting much but an apple and a terrible muffin was close to about it along with coffee. In 2 days no one came to clean up or give us clean towels.
Full size refrigerator and microwave in Kitchenette. Last minute at a reasonable price was amazing. Sidewalks were not cleared after snowfall otherwise it was great!
Clean room! No carpet in our room! No free WIFI! Shady carachters not staying in the hotel wandering the grounds. Unfriendly owner!
Room rates TV kept losing signal and when it would come back on,it would be on a different channel
The only good thing was that the staff was pleasant Checked in around midnight. Went to the room and found out the bathroom had dried urine on the seat and found a pubic hair in the bathtub. Since it was midnight and I was exhausted, I didn't bother going downstairs and figured they would clean it in the morning. Went back the next afternoon and found all they did was made the bed! I bought some good disinfecting wipes and did it myself because at this point I don't trust these people. Room also smelled like they hadn't cleaned the AC filter in years, but I guess compared to the bathroom it wasn't so bad.
There was a big drainage problem with the tub and sink. I could not enjoy taking a good shower, or brushing my teeth with so much backed up water. This will also tell you that, this problem was there before my stay, which also tells me that the shower curtains were also nasty from other guest DIRT from slow draining problem!!--'' Price - the sign stated 59.99, but when you get inside to make reservations the price is then 69.99, false advertisement! Why not just turn the sign off!!!!!
The location wasn't far from the hospital although it was farther than the advertised distance The overall condition of the room was old and somewhat rundown. The heater was loud as was the refrigerator. We were there as my husband was receiving medical treatment at Froedtert Hospital and needed a restful place before returning to the hospital the next day.
Overall a good stay. Quality & cleanliness was slightly higher than expected for a hotel at this price point. A long wait in line for breakfast only to end up with plain eggs that we ate with our fingers. It all worked out because we found a fantastic family restaurant down the road.
The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The key cards didn't work at check in or the next evening. The ironing board was broken and in pieces in the closet. The towel bar fell of the wall every day. This hotel was only full because there aren't enough available rooms in the area. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.
We needed one night close to MKE for early morning flight. The shuttle drivers were fast and efficient, however, I don't think they were hotel staff. The front desk clerk was. Very sweet and handled all of our needs. They have a breakfast but we missed it because our flight was early so cannot comment on that! Never saw or used the pool or any other facilities. The room however was dark and dank and felt dirty/sticky. There was a ring of crusty dirt around the bathroom door handle. The room was clean as far as the linens, but just neede an update as far as carpet and heavy duty cleaning. Vents dirty, corners dirty, etc.
Pool area was nice and breakfast was fine. Tub was dirty in my room and room lacked 2nd lighter curtain that would allow light into room.
location and it was clean No
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We like the surrounding quiet environment. We liked the breakfast, but missed bicuits and gravy.
It is a good match for my needs. Right location. Right price.
Basic Laquinta. The staff was very nice.
Great hot tub and pool. Wonderful staff and spacious rooms.
Convenient Location. Friendly Front Desk Staff. Comfortable Room. Breakfast was just ok. A better variety of fresh fruit (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, grapes) would be nice. Tub/shower combo in bathroom was a disappointment. A large, tiled walk-in shower would be nice.
The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed it. Breakfast was good as well. N/A
The front desk staff was amazing! Thanks for the awesome guest experience! Thanks for the clean rooms!
Location. Double (not queen) beds. Beds were terrible. Pillows were awful.
The staff in the room were great The breakfast in the morning was very skimpy
Great place to stay, clean, quiet and excellent customer service. We always are thrilled when we get this hotel!! No
Location, we were 15min. from downtown and just off the interstate. Good breakfast location right down the road. The Oak Creek Diner, I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy but it was all delicious. The rooms were pretty clean. For the money and a place to lay your head it was a decent place to stay. Every time we went to use our room key it would not work. We kept having to take it to the front desk. There was another couple traveling with us, I booked the rooms then when we got there they put there room in there name and paid for it. They still ended up charging our card twice for there room.
I would go elsewhere.
Price and location Durty, lights by the sink did not work. Toilet water level to full to use. Nodisposable cups/glasses in the room to use. Ice bucket had holes.and leaked water.
The location is definitely convenient for breaking up a long drive from the U.P. to Chicago and the night staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable to us, but that's arbitrary as people's level of comfort varies so much. I found a piece of plastic under one of the bed pillows, the door jamb was ripped partially away from the wall (room 213), there was a little cockroach in the bathroom, and the florescent light advice the sink flickered bad enough we just left it off.
Convenient location, cheap Too many dogs. Lots of loud barking til very late
cheap and easy to get to room smelled like smoke, stains on bedspread
Bed was soft. Dirty sheets. With pubic hair and other debris on the dead. I requested new sheets they probably changed the sheets. But the floor was not swept or mopped. So the sheets got ditry from our feet. Cool cleaning job red roof.
Very clean, no shared hallways, very quick and courteous staff. The rooms look good with their faux hardwood floors. The bed quality was mediocre and the room was small.
The staff were friendly. We didn't find evidence of bed bugs. There were always two staff in the lobby, but only one was serving the long lines at all times of day. It was the last available hotel in Milwaukee, literally, so we didn't have a choice. The regular daily rate was about $75. The day we stayed it was $200. I understand rates go up as availability goes down, but I wouldn't have been happy paying $75 for a motel, $200 was absurd considering the accommodations. The floors weren't carpeted, which would have been fine, but they were constantly slimy, for lack of a better word. It was gross having the choice between wet feet/socks and wearing shoes into the bed.
convenience to business location. breakfast was free but not great. Eggs dry. Other stuff not so good.
The size of the room was a pleasant surprise and the choices for breakfast were above average. We will definitely use this location again when we are in the area.
We had the most comfortable mattresses! It was the first time I woke up in a hotel room 'without' a back-ache.
Wish the elavator was in the center of the motel, long walk for older people, otherwise was a nice place to stay
Safety I paid too much for the room & the elevator was broken For 2 days. I was on 3rd floor & did not have help with luggage. Wish I could have received credit for overpayment.
The location, breakfast. Nice rooms. Spot on bedspread
Nice folks Nothing
after calling and requesting a consideration for a room for my elderly father- they met my request
The hotel was very quiet.
