The Avis service agent who helped me was delightfully helpful. My car was an excellent value. The only curious aspect of my rental was the QEEQ online platform experience, as I did not understand in advance that that platform was the online platform for Avis and Budget, so better communication needed there. Car class reserved 2 weeks in advance was "unavailable". Rental counter provide an alternate vehicle, but the vehicle had fairly significant front end accident damage, was dirty outside (HEAVY coating of dead bugs) and inside (cargo area had lots of dog hair and mud), and one of the rear seats was not functioning / movable. Pickup was a pain, got a vehicle with 7% charge and then when I went back inside to exchange there was a long line of people that I had to wait behind to exchange my vehicle. The woman also initially tried to charge me the wrong price that was much more than what I booked it for. Drop off was a breeze though and I really liked the ease of just parking and walking onto the airport shuttle.Reviewed Oct 17 2025

They did not have the vehicle that I rented and had nothing but excuses….I rented a pickup because that’s what I needed, received a mini van and we will call you… I had to call multiple times and then just showed up to finally get the pickup. The van and the truck were in horrible condition and were filthy. What a waste of time and money.Reviewed Oct 17 2025
