The front desk was really efficient and super polite. He even gave us info about gas stations etc. The pickup was efficient as well. They are the closest to terminal and have a staff member 24/7 at the pickup location as well. Car was in excellent condition. To compare with Hertz next to them: - they don't upsell (Hertz even forced an "upgrade" to a worse car on me because I was 1h late to pick up due to flight delay). I actually requested an upgrade and they only charged 5 euros/day vs try to force me into a more expensive car - they don't nit-pick on scratches etc AND they inspect on the spot (vs surprises after) - Super polite.Reviewed Jul 22 2026

Pick-up associate was kind, helpful, and friendly...and was efficient in getting me my rental and on our way. I needed to utilize the Budget Roadside service for a tire issue the day before returning the vehicle. The tow truck driver who responded was INCREDIBLY kind and thoughtful but knew little of the process for returning the vehicle with a spare tire and what the process would be to get the car returned with a tire with a puncture or if it needed to be repaired before return. Also, Budget had not customer service support available late into the evening in which to get direction and next steps for returning the vehicle. Upon drop-off one desk agent was not friendly and helpful, seemed bothered and not willing to help considering the tire complication, the next agent was attentive and helpful, but also knew little of the process of utilizing additional insurance coverage and what the tire repair process might entail. The car was clean and ran well, no complaints with the vehicle itself. All customer service agents responding in a professional and willing way as well as having knowledge of protocol when an issue arises would improve the overall experience.Reviewed Jul 20 2026

The driving experience was beyond expectations. A perfect car. The pickup process at the counter was fine. We didnt get the directions and spent a lot of time seeking for the parking garage entrance. Not too nice, carrying all our bags with us. We returned the car at the after office hours following their official procedure. Surprisingly, Next day we were charge for damage we didn't cause.
