Cons:The car they gave me looked dirty inside and the low tire pressure warning light came on as soon as we loaded up and tried to leave. We had to unload and go back to get another car. We were up sold and paid more than we had planned.Reviewed Jul 8 2021

Pros:The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and efficient.Cons:I rented an economy car onlilne. I was assured at the main check-in desk that they were giving me an economy car--I verified twice. When I went to get the car in the lot, it was a Toyota Camry, which is NOT an economy car. I protested, and was told they had no economy cars available--basically, take it or leave it. I refuse to drive the Strip in anything but an economy car, so it ruined my plans for the stay and I did not leave my hotel. I hate being lied to and promised something that wasn't delivered, especially when I'm paying for it.Reviewed Jul 8 2021

Cons:The car given to us was not clean. The minivan had not been clean in the back. Also it was still dirty on the outside, it had bugs on it still from the previous driver.Reviewed Jul 7 2021
