There was NO CAR AVAILABLE! I waited all day and never got a call back for the van to finally be available. I had a family trip planned for a birthday, rented a cabin in the mountains and had no transportation. I was willing to wait or pick up a van at another location 70+ miles away. Car wasn't ready at the time I reserved so had to wait for another vehicle. Then when I got the car it was dirty and had trash from the prior customer. Also, the facility in downtown DC was dirty. The underground garage where you pick up the vehicle had busted old furniture that they just had sitting in one of the parking spaces.
