The line at the pickup counter was very very long. There were plenty of agents at the counter but it still took almost an hour to get checked in. The agents were also very nice and helpful, but the whole process just took so long. On that point alone, I'll look for a different rental company in the future.Reviewed Mar 22 2026

Car was dirty and missing a hubcap, they offered us the upgrade but the car wasn’t even any better. Then there were a bunch of extra charges on top of the original cost ($150 worth). The line took a very very long time to check in.Reviewed Mar 22 2026

I was supposed to pickup a luxury big suv but they didn’t have any at the time we arrived. There were seven of us plus luggage. We ended up getting a huge Ford transit van which, ultimately the kids loved for the space, but I hated driving it.
