They didn’t have any cars available once we arrived to pick up and claimed they had no way to contact me although they themselves emailed me earlier that morning asking if I was “ready for my pickup”…. Clearly I was and they weren’t. Absolutely abysmal nightmare situation regarding a car rental reservation made 3 months ago that fell through during holiday travel due to their fault entirely.Reviewed Nov 29 2025

Rental car advertised as a car like a Toyota RAV4. What we got was a stripped down Chevy small SUV with 20K miles and bad windshield wipers. I didn't see any RAV4s at pickup or drop off. Lots of Kia, Hyundai, and Chevys.Reviewed Nov 29 2025

This is a new parking garage and it seems it is only partially in use so the exit signs are not accurate. The staff did not inform me of this or how to leave the garage upon pick up. The signs show exits that end in barricades and after 20 minutes of driving in circles I had to ask another employee (not a car rental employee, as I couldn't find anyone around to help) in the garage informed me that I need to go through the "return" area in order to leave the premise. I had to help another couple out of the garage as well as they were also confused. This could have been avoided if the staff were to inform renters upon picking up their car.Reviewed Nov 29 2025

Terrible rental experience. They were asking for passport to rent a car. Who carries a passport to rent a car? Very disappointing. The cost of insurance per day was $35 higher than other car rental companies with identical coverage.Reviewed Nov 26 2025

No one joined me to review its condition at the pickup. It had damage all over the exterior. The drop off parking was not indicated by any signage. Very hard to find. The key deposit box was also not indicated by signage. No one available by phone at 9:00 pm. No chat function at 9:00 pm. No directions to drop off parking on website.Reviewed Nov 25 2025

budget inside the airport was great! friendly and helpful at midnight!! but!!! when i booked on kayak, somehow my car resy thru priceline was for a budget location 1 mile OUTSIDE the airport.. this can never happen, should never ever happen to anyone!! please sort this out for avoiding future mishaps🙏🏽🙏🏽🤪Reviewed Nov 24 2025

Whomever is cleaning the windshields of your pick up trucks is doing a dreadful job. Both rentals I had, rented one week apart, different trucks, neither one could you see out of the windshield SAFELY, especially driving into sunlight and also when nighttime driving due to rhe streaks and dirt still on the glassReviewed Nov 24 2025

They did not have enough staff to clean and prepare vehicle's. I arrived early, but waited in line for an hour before they could help me. Desk staff were pleasant and doing their best, but they had no cars to hand out. They were waiting for a car - any car - to come up on their screens so they could assign it to us. I paid for a luxury passenger car, but ended up in a Chrysler minivan. And this is where it became obvious. When I got upstairs to the rental lot - there were PLENTY of cars. Hundreds. But they had no staff to prepare/clean and turn them over. When I got back the receiving staff were extremely rude. Would not even make eye contact with me. I need receipts for the work I do and politely asked if he would process my return so the receipt could be generated, he just kept saying rudely over and over again "check your email!" But here's the thing - it's been 24 hours now and I still don't have a receipt. Will not rent from them again. Worst rental experience I have ever hadReviewed Nov 22 2025
