Pros:We arrived at the airport and a Budget employee showed up immediately. We unloaded our belongings from the car and took it into the terminal and the Budget man took the car away. It could not have been easier.Cons:There were no instructions anywhere about returning the car at the airport so we were confused until the Budget man showed up.Reviewed Sep 17 2018

Not given the car reservedCons:I had reserved a Yaris, knowing that I didn't have a lot of passengers, but did have a lot of luggage so I needed something with some trunk space. I was given a Citroen B3 hatchback, with very little trunk space, only one piece of luggage fit in the trunk, but I was told that it was the same category, so I couldn't have something with more trunk space without upgrading. In the end I had to pay almost double to upgrade, but had no other choice as I had five bags and no where to keep them.Reviewed Jan 3 2017
