Pros:Gave keys to desk personnel. No questions asked. Very fast service!!
Pros:Excellent car. Staff was very helpful.
Cons:Picking up directly at the airport would have been preferable to taking a shuttle into town

Cons:The rental agreement turned out not to include unlimited mileage. They were going to charge me per mile, and I was going to be doing a lot of driving. So I canceled the rental then and there. Not only that, but there was no one at the Budget desk (Jackson Hole Airport) for about 15 minutes. I believe one Budget rep was out on the lot and the other might have been in the back while the line of customers kept growing. Clearly Budget needs to hire more workers or figure out a better system. I will be renting from Hertz from now on.
Pros:Car was clean and in good condition.
Cons:Not enough staffing in Jackson and car was wet inside so the Frozen windshield took forever to defrost.
Cons:The reservation said that the pick up and drop off locations where within the airport terminal. When we arrived at the airport I could not find budget with in the terminal so called the number on the reservation and first of all it was an avis phone number and 2nd I was informed they were 30minutes offsite and had to take a shuttle to pick up the car. We also had to leave our hotel 1hour earlier(3am) than planned as we had to drive 30+ mins past the jackson hole airport to drop off the car and take another 30+ min shuttle ride to get to the airport to get on our flight home.
Pros:I was charged double what i was told the cost was going to be at drop off.
Cons:I ended up having to pay more than double of the original rate, the car was discusting, and they did not want to accept my card after they told me I could pay with it
Pros:The car was clean and drop off was easy.
Cons:90 minutes in line with 1 person taking care of all of us. They had to know how many people were renting cars because they booked ahead. The girl didn't apologize and didn't offer a free upgrade or anything. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. I have Had a customer service job for 35 years and I have never treated anybody so bad.
