Main elevator couldn't respond to Digital Keys for the entire stay, with no attempt at repair or redress. There was a leak around the base of the toilet, leading to puddles of water on the unused bathroom floor.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and responsive when addressing my complaints. The gym had basic equipment and was organized and appeared clean. End.

Pros (+) This Hampton Inn is right in the center of Downtown Buffalo with great bars, restaurants and sights within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plus, the rates were generally affordable.
