Pros. Room views are amazing, the staff was absolutely wonderful!
Cons. Go away Corona Virus!!
Pros. Love their breakfast. Great staff. This is second time we stayed here while in area to attend Cobblestone Live event. Comfy bed with feather comforter and pillows.
Cons. No issues.
Pros. My wife and I (we live in Buffalo) stayed here for a weekend "staycation" to do things in the city that we wouldn't typically do, despite living about 3-4 miles away. The hotel was very nice, the room was well appointed, staff were friendly.
Cons. Not a huge criticism, but it was somewhat "remarkably unremarkable." Had a drink at the 7th floor bar that was pretty good but pretty sure it cost like $16, I'm not sure it was quite that good.
Pros. We had an excellent nights stay. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and modern and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again.
Cons. Nothing.
