Pros: Pretty much everything. Room was newly renovated as well as the common areas. Location is great, right on Lake Ontario and walking distance to all downtown Burlington.
Cons: Had to leave.
Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, great location, good view. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Our shower had no cold water, so it was either very hot or very very very hot. So that was a bit annoying. Also, the remote didn't work, I'm sure the batteries were just dead. Finally, the safe didn't have a key, which was frustrating as we just had our wedding and had some items we would have like to lock up.

Cons: Breakfast ended too early
Pros: Microwave and Fridge.
Pros: Was clean, easy to find and late check in was good also. Niught counter person was very friendly.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that breakfast ended at 10 am, which is just trying to get the customers out of the hotel faster. Good money is paid for rooms and no need to rush people out.Can easily be extended to 10:30 or 11:00
Pros: Easily accessible and close by to what we were doing
Cons: There should be a noise level compliance agreement. Too many slamming doors between the hours of 12am and 2am and it kept me awake
Pros: Hotel was in a quiet area, quick access to a mall (5 minute drive) Close to the lake (10 minute drive) Close to Hiking Trails (15-20 minutes drive). Close to Hamilton (20-25 minutes drive). Under an hour to Toronto and Niagra Falls Clean, newer decor

It is a very nice property with multiple amenities that would be great for both business and family travel. They also have a second complex next door with a good restaurant with reasonable prices. Access to the the QEW was easily with big box stores and a movie theater just around the corner.
Pros: Very nice room comfortable and large with all the amenities.
Cons: Stayed in room 301 and the noise from room above when taking a shower or running the tub was so loud I could not hear the TV.

Pros: It started all right the staff at front desk was polite and pleasant.
Cons: Once we entered the room we saw a dead bug by the door. The next morning we found multiple bed bugs by our bed and the travel crib of my infant daughter!!! She has a few bites and multiple bite marks on my arms and legs. Avoid this motel especially #6
Pros: Nice hotel! We like the new decorated bath room featuring nice shower head. It is functional and attrctive bath room. The manager is nice and welcome.
Pros: The price, but anything that looks to good to be true, then its not true
Cons: They do not have laundry facilities even thou advertised that they do. They have wireless internet, not hi-speed. The internet did not work 6 out of 7 nights. The shower in my first room did not drain. the shower in my second room did not get hot.
Pros: Quiet location off busy roads..Very clean room.

When visiting Burlington, City View Motel is a great choice to consider. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: There where 2 bus loads of Tweens. There where on the 2 and 3 floor running around in the hall ways. Changed floor thinking it would be more quiet but you could hear the jumping and runing on the first floor. The hotel should put business travelers on the 3rd floor and the bus load of kids on then the lower levels. I think this would reduce the noise level.
Pros: Location is good, quiet and most important staff is very nice. Breakfast has a lot variety.
Cons: No smoking room.
Pros: Location was good and breakfast was good
Cons: The shower did not drain because of excessive hair in the drain and the toilet was running a good part of the night.
When I complained in the morning, the manager would only give me a discount on the next night (which I had no use for) or a future date (which I have no idea when that will be because I'm in the are infrequently)
They should've given me a discount for the nights stay.
Kayak also did what I feel was a bait and switch on the room price. First it came up $90.00, then it said no rooms were available for that price/date and it said $104. I then clicked to check out and it said $134.00+taxes. The room ended up costing me $152.00 when the site said $104+tx which came out to $117.00. Confused about the entire transaction.

Cons: The room we stayed in was in basement. It was very damp.
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the shower was fantastic! It may sound petty, but we said it to our friends over and over again.
Cons: There were really noisy people at the picnic tables outside our room, and lots of noise above us that sounded like people moving around, bumping luggage, etc. This kept us up and we had a bad sleep.
Pros: clean and the staff are very good
Cons: TV, need more variety and movies
Pros: location, staff, breakfast,
Cons: the room so small for 2 double bed, the hair dryer was not-working, the wardrobe so tiny,
Pros: It is close to Jakes Oyster Bar and Grill where I go every year for New Years dinner.
Cons: Did find a couple of hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. Vending machine did not work. Hotel charged an extra $3.25 service fee above what I already paid on-line. Don't think this is right. The on-line fee should be the total amount, period.
Pros: Clean, Quiet, excellent staff, location
Cons: the wifi was very poor
Pros: Modern, clean and updated rooms. Bed was very comfy
Pros: Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned needs met. Pool onsite, and laundry facilities. Breakfast very nice.
Pros: First room we checked into smelled like smoke, despite being a non-smoking hotel.  the front desk was very accommodating and was able to get us another room on a different floor that was smoke free
Cons: Breakfast was cramped and chaotic. Bathroom in room very small. Overall, just an ok hotel
Cons: Breakfast room set-up was dysfunctional, too many items offered for such a small space.
Pros: Easy access from the highway(Walkers Line exit). On site free parking and a very adequate free breakfast which included some hot items. There is a restaurant next door that was excellent. Not far to the Burlington waterfront which is quite lovely.
Cons: Nothing really other than a little chaotic in the breakfast area, but it was summer and lots families travelling.

Pros: Clean room and especially clean bathroom. Extra pillows and blankets were great. The price was excellent and the location suited us very well.
Cons: The TV did not work, the bathroom was not clean, there was a puddle on the floor when we got there
The staff was very friendly.
Pros: I liked the location it was close to the 403, the GO Station, and just down the road from an excellent little restaurant named Russel Williams that served excellent breakfast.
Cons: Room could use some paint in a few areas but nothing major.
This hotel is close to the GO Transit train station and the drive is the same distance to Toronto heading north and Niagara Falls heading south. I'll be sure to come back.
Pros: Clean overall, affordable, secure, and right in the middle of Ontario. The perfect place to shower, take a nap and hit the road.
Cons: From the outside its a small outdated motel. The single bed has enough room for two people at the most. There is no breakfast, bar, or room service. There is no pool or jacuzzi. I would rather have payed a lower price.

Cons: The drywall on the hallway side had been removed outside our room, which I thought was kind of sketchy. Our deadbolt and other lock didn't work in the room. The beds were comfortable. I would stay again, but only because the price was good.

Pros: Location is perfect and parking lot is just 5 steps from the door . There is kitchenette and it was awesome appliances.
Cons: The Queen Room stinks cigarette. The rate is too expensive for that kind of motel, I paid $-- and I guess it's not worth it. Bed sheets smells cigarettes
Pros: Toilet was leaking run down stayed 2 days only one days worth of clean towels.Had to go to TV to turn down volume.I arrived at 1130pm no one answered.Left looking for another place to stay for the night but couldn't find any openings went back to Knights
Pros: The bed was reasonably comfortable
Cons: no coffee in room, crowded room - couldn't open bathrm door completely, poor lighting, old furniture & tile in bath, no sheers on window, screen door didn't close properly, A/C old and noisy. Paid too much for quality of the room. pot smoking neighbors
Pros: The woman that was at the desk was ok.
