Flat screen TV
Nice clean modern room. Had everything I needed. The road entrance was a bit tricky to spot in the dark.
Friendly staff - clean -good service
Bed was very comfortable, tv was nice, bathroom very well appointed. After speaking with the lady at the front desk I felt my issue was dealt with. We were running late so did not report this at check in time but did talk to the front desk on check out. The bed was made but the bed spread was folded and on a chair, a bag of boxes from shopping was in the corner and a half bottle of water was on the bedside table (did not see that until I went to bed) Left us with the feeling that the room had been tidied but not prepared for new customer.
Staff very friendly, room excellent, enjoyed having fridge and micro-wave,good value, easy to get to
Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Excellent free breakfast. If you value your peace and quiet, do not stay at this hotel! The location is at a very noisy intersection and in an industrial area. The housekeeping staff are banging away starting at 6:30 am, and there was also some construction going on at the hotel that was adding to the noise.
Like i mentioned i we wanted to swim but never was told the pool was closed!!
It was right off the highway that was a good thing and the staff at the front desk mapped out directions for us
Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. From 7 p.m. on it was a nightmare. Kids stampeding up and down halls, yelling non-stop. They were out of of control. Parents in rooms watching TV. A little later, parents started drinking (walking up and down halls with liquor bottles and paper cups). Kids still running around. Very loud and out of control. We complained. Desk clerk was very good and came up several times to speak to them, but they continued on in the same vein. After midnight we packed up our room and were moved to 4th floor. That was the only way to get any sleep. Since this hotel is used for minor hockey, would be hesitant to return.
Great staff and location no
The front desk staff were very helpful and had a good sense of humour. I think it was a very new hotel so everything was in good working order and very clean
The hotel was very clean and well appointed. Good location off the highway. Did experience difficulty checking in as the hotel did not seem to have my reservation after booking through the on line system. I waited for some time, while the Front Desk manager tried to determine why my reservation was not showing up in the system, but he did end up checking me in regardless.
the room was great, very clean and comfortable, great price, front desk staff were helpful and nice and the location was great, literally right off the highway. nothing
The hotel seems rather new. It is close to main roads. Very fair price. The breakfast was really poor.
This hotel has the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in hotel accomodations. The jacuzzi was wonderful too.
Staff member that told all single women that they "were very beautiful, more so than others". I would recommend the hotel to men if they needed the location but we ladies found this 'creepy'.
It was convenient to travel to the Royal Botanical Gardens, waterfront and shopping areas from there. It was comfortable and affordable. Bathroom floors should be cleared of head hairs, otherwise the room was tidy.
Close to main roads. Nice quiet swimming pool. Very good help yourself continental breakfast.
Clean room, friendly staff, great location, good view. Comfortable bed. Our shower had no cold water, so it was either very hot or very very very hot. So that was a bit annoying. Also, the remote didn't work, I'm sure the batteries were just dead. Finally, the safe didn't have a key, which was frustrating as we just had our wedding and had some items we would have like to lock up.
Infinitely better than our previous stay at crown plaza. Staff at desk was helpful and nice. Room was quiet as requested. Comfortable. Will be returning upon next visit to Hamilton. Only (minor) complaint is there was a leftover towel on the shower curtain rod from previous occupant.
Very old hotel, facilities are very bad, design is very bad, quality of room is very bad. Drawers are broken. Clothes press requires 1 day. Toilet is bad. It dose not meet the criteria of sheraton. I would rather go to another hotel or remove sheraton name from the hotel. Very old hotel, facilities are very bad, services are so bad, design is very bad and old, quality of room is very bad. Close to where I was going. Copps Collesium Under construction, started at 8:00 am right next door:(
Downtown location - friendly concierge. No air conditioning all weekend and no rate reduction offered for substand facility. Room not clean. Will not book this Sheraton again.
Was a very disappointing stay. Noisy. Did not provide or charged too much for additional services.
We called for extra pillows at 4 a.m. and recieved them promptly. We were very impressed by the service.
Fair price for services, very nice restaurant , helpfull people, central location for shopping in Hamilton The "business center" is really small, efficient but small!
Nice staff the room was too warm and temperature control did not work
Frendly, clean, location great for getting in and out without being held up with traffic Not at all, great inn for staying
The rooms were nice for the money and were updated. The continental breakfast was lacking. Just some toast cearl and milk. They didn't even have cream cheese.
Check in staff was great. Too noisy. The cars and trucks going by made it impossible to sleep.
It was very nice and super clean. Great staff too Nothing
Continental breakfast was horrible ...
Overall: great location, cheap for the facilities we were given access to, extremely friendly staff, and a good place for a night in the area. Only complaint is that the beds were a little hard, but that's just a fussy thing
very comfortable room, clean, quiet and just a great night sleep...very good stay away from home. not at all nothing comes to mind
Clean no problems, easy access to facility
Staff were very helpful. Facility was modern, clean and conveniently located to highways, restaurants etc. Something (in-ground sprinkler?) sprayed my car overnight leaving white spots which will not come off with water. (I had to really scrub the winshield at a nearby service station in order to have unobstructed vision).
Clean, nice big bed, good temp control. No breakfast included, not a lot of dining options nearby, very loud child play area in middle of hotel (near pool).
This hotel was a very sparcely decorated business only atmosphere hotel . The free coffee wasn't worth the cup - was awful - not smooth at all.
The drywall on the hallway side had been removed outside our room, which I thought was kind of sketchy. Our deadbolt and other lock didn't work in the room. The beds were comfortable. I would stay again, but only because the price was good.
Good value for the moneynon Non smoking floor reeked of smoke out in the halls
the rooms were very clean and new, the staff , very friendly , and although the hotel is rather sparse, we didnt care, we were only there to sleep , so it was perfect for us .
It was very quiet and we got a good nights sleep at this location.
Does not have some of the luxuries of the more expensive hotels but it was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful. Very good value for the money. I'll stay here again.
It's a convenient location. Parking is free. The room is very nicely arranged and decorated. It is immaculately clean and the beds are very comfortable. I like the 12:00 check out time as opposed to 11:00. My parents live in a small home in Burlington so I will, in all probability, use Motel 6 again. No
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good location, close to Cedar springs tennis club Air conditioning was noisy
Great stay! Staff were excellent! well done! Got to relax and very quiet considering it was next to the 403.The courtyard was great! The hotel itself needs an update though to keep in pace with other hotels in the area, very dated. Great price. The hallways need more light, it gives the already older appearance look older, the hallways were dark. Data valet (hotel internet) service needs to boost up their signal or perhaps increase the signal strength on the wireless router, I kept losing my wireless signal and I was close to the front desk area!
Both the evening clerk and the night auditor - who we both met went above and beyond to be helpful, courteous and kind. very very pleased! The evening check - in clerk saw that we had a very short stay and kept us as far away as she could from the hockey team - we didn't have any serious noise issues. The night auditor got breakfast out earlier than scheduled out of kindness - she observed a great number of early wakeup calls scheduled so she went out of her way and got things ready for people who were up before the scheduled breakfast time. The room was immaculate and tidy and fresh. Thanks so much to everyone on the Burlington Comfort Inn Staff.
The friendliness of the hotel staff, cleanliness of the room and the complimentary breakfast.
The hotel was fine for the price. The front desk was very helpful especially when i learned that the confirmed reservation i made through Booking.com did not show up on their system. Lesson learned, always call ahead to confirm with the actual hotel.
moved us to first floor beside checkin and it was quite loud and we had to be up early.
Very best stay we had on this 2 month vacation Thank you very much
the style, price through kayak, the room accommodations, the location was perfect, good selection for food and drinks at the two restaurants that were connected. The heater/cooler was a tad bit confusing with the number system that you control it by. (lack of explanation) Pillows very, very puffy. The channel selection was poor and we were upset there was no pay per view option.
Pleasantly surprised. Only complaint is the paltry continential breakfast. Would stay again.
nice people, comfy beds, well-planned out rooms, free newspaper, breakfast buffet open at a good time for travelers, full restaurant/bar facilities available Difficult to see hotel from the road/driveway. Cutting back trees, bushes would help or visible signage.
The hotel is very accessible to the QEW, close to major shopping malls and close to the commuter train statuion.
Very easy to find. Plenty of parking, and very quiet. Had a very pleasant stay, have already recommended it to my travel agent, Muriel Lee at Cruisenet@com
The noise in the middle of the night, someone was knocking on all doors on our floor at 2am
Friendly desk staff made me feel very comfortable. I did not like the envelope left out for tipping the housecleaning staff....found it a bit intimidating.
It was located near the business I was attending. People were friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. They had automatic door opener at the entrance but it was not working working when I brought in my luggage.
location quality and price being kept awake with the head board banging on the wall from the room next door until I pounded on the wall for them to stop. Maybe you can address this problem. It spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay.
Clean and quiet I would like directions to the Hotel. I had to use my GPS to find it.
Basic room and breakfast, comfy beds, very clean and close to GO Station. Good rate for an overnight stay. Rooms were very dark and ice machine didn't work! Basic breakfast to get us going in the morning.
Quick and helpful check in. Buffet breakfast was very adequate. Free morning newspaper was appreciated. Being close to major highway, there was some traffic noise, but it was acceptable
The one bedroom suite was quiet, clean (except for slightly smelly water in the ice bucket), and big enough for us to spread out (we have a very light sleeper of a daughter, I'm seven and a half months pregnant and have to sleep sitting up with a pile of pillows, and my husband has health issues that make sleep difficult for him). We arrived around 12:30 at night. I was nearly too tired to stand when we checked in, and obviously very pregnant. Check in was fine until I asked for a luggage cart. They didn't know where any were right then, and didn't feel like looking for any, apparently. Knock-off Red Roof Inns have luggage carts. The woman who checked us in said to park in the basement ($12.99) and bring our stuff up that way. Knowing that we had a sleeping toddler, a big cooler, and a lot of odds and ends that had to come up with us, I asked, well, is it faster and easier to bring things in through the lobby doors? No, she assured me, the elevator is closer in parking. Here it's all the way down the hall. Parking was a byzantine nightmare. It's not a lot designed for consumer use, but clearly a parking garage for valet use. You can tell because of the double parking spaces, where people parking on their own would be left parked in but valets can juggle cars, and because of the huge columns everywhere, and because the spaces are way too narrow for people who still have to unload luggage. Many of the more expensive cars were parked across two spaces (of course), to prevent being hit or scratched, so there was literally one space left. That space took us about 15 minutes to find. Then there was the matter of unloading and lugging everything through the 85 degree heat to the distant elevator, sad and sleepy toddler in my arms while my hubby carried way too much. To summarize, parking and then unloading took an additional 45 minutes, when we were already beyond exhausted. Someone should have offered to help us bring up our luggage through the lobby doors, and then I could have put the toddler back to sleep while my husband parked. Would have been much faster. But for whatever reason, they didn't want us to bring our stuff through the lobby. Or they just weren't thinking. I don't know. As often happens, my husband had difficulty sleeping. I called down at 10:30 the next morning to to ask for a delayed/extended check out, and was told that it was impossible by someone who was brusque and clearly in a bad mood. I woke him up so we could be ready to leave on time. On a whim, I called back at 11:30 and asked if it would be OK if we stayed until 1:00, the usual delayed checkout time, and this time was told yes. He went back to sleep for an hour. As I checked out, I explained my disappointment with the lack of luggage carts, the dishonesty about the ease of unloading from the basement parking garage, the fact that no one had volunteered to help at all (for context, I'm pregnant enough now that people volunteer to carry two grocery bags out to the car, a much easier task--I don't take them up on it, but then again, it's not usually past midnight when I go grocery shopping), and that the first person I called about delayed check out had been so rude and had denied it reflexively. The woman behind the desk in the morning was politely very defensive, but not helpful.
Clean, bid rooms
nearness to area I needed to visit. sink didn't seem to drain
Location The pull-out sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable. It would be good to have the sheets already on the pull-out bed like in other hotels.
Staff are very friendly. None of the evening staff were qualified to fix the TV that was broken in our room.
They gave me a suite for the price of a room. The hotel is some years old and has a hard time to compete with new hotels across the road. So they are generous with room sizes and prices.
The room was gorgeous and large. The bed was comfortable, the linens were like home. Giant bathroom with a jacuzzi tub big enough for two. A microwave, small fridge and a plasma TV. The room was just great for the money... beyond what you think that cost could ever get you.
size of the suites There was no reservation waiting for for me !!
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The suite was terrific - everything was new and clean. Because of the unseasonably warm day, the temperature in the suite was very warm upon check-in but the heat controls were easy to use and I was able to get it down to a more comfortable temperature easily. The toilets were very low flow which caused issues. We were offerred to change rooms but it was close to midnight so we opted to just use the washroom in the vacant room across the hall.
yes i well .. its so good hotel , i like hemelton restrant non smoking , beccouse when i need somk i have to go down out said hotel & smok .. you know the wather :)
Rooms were a good size and clean. The TV equipment could do with upgrading.
Hotel was clean, quiet, and good value for the cost. Liked the idea of the library although didn't use it. Breakfast was more than adequate. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and left at 9:00 a.m. so were only there for a short period of time, and have no complaints.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and we were checked in within minutes. The room was big and spacious, clean and comfortable.
Close to highway, clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent continental breakfast and a good price breakfast area was really small and cramped, everyone was pretty much tripping over each other when it was busy
Location, location, location Slowness of toasters as always
The bed was reasonably comfortable no coffee in room, crowded room - couldn't open bathrm door completely, poor lighting, old furniture & tile in bath, no sheers on window, screen door didn't close properly, A/C old and noisy. Paid too much for quality of the room. pot smoking neighbors
Toilet was leaking run down stayed 2 days only one days worth of clean towels.Had to go to TV to turn down volume.I arrived at 1130pm no one answered.Left looking for another place to stay for the night but couldn't find any openings went back to Knights
The woman that was at the desk was ok. The room was gross. The pictures make it look so much better. We made other arrangements and didn't stay. It is in an ok location from what I could tell. The thermastate was broke and one room was boiling also smelled.
Location is perfect and parking lot is just 5 steps from the door . There is kitchenette and it was awesome appliances. The Queen Room stinks cigarette. The rate is too expensive for that kind of motel, I paid $-- and I guess it's not worth it. Bed sheets smells cigarettes
Free bfast, full kitchen in suite.
the location cleanliness really good breakfast the beds weren't all that comfortable
Central location. Rooms are clean and the hotel well-kept. Decent continental breakfast with a make-your-own waffles station. Thin doors so if there is noise in the hallway, you'll hear it. Noisy plumbing (bearable)
