Pros: The beds were comfy and the breakfast was great!
Cons: The pool was small and looked dirty/dingy, and no hot tub! The windows have no black out curtains, or drapes to keep sun light out while sleeping in!
Pros: New hotel. Clean. Great HOT Breakfast. Great location right off the interstate. Pool was inside. Checkout was at noon which was a big plus since we arrived so late.
Cons: Had no Handicap accessible rooms left available when we got there. The room had a very musty odor which was surprising considering it was new.
Pros: The free breakfast was amazing!! Really nice hotel for the star level
Pros: Clean, convenient, modern, quiet, great breakfast and very helpful friendly staff.
Pros: The hot breakfast was out of this world! Amazing!
Cons: The pool was closed.
Pros: Gorgeous for this range of hotel ( stop over on the highway). New clean, well appointed, attractive rooms and bathrooms. very impressed with the hotel and breakfast.
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the fantastic breakfasts that were provided. We were traveling with 2 teenagers and keeping them filled up can be quite a chore and expensive too. There was a large variety of items to pick from and more than enough.
Pros: Great location for tourist locations and staff was great.
Cons: There was a biker crew there. Nothing against bikers but they roped off sections of the parking lot that caused major issues with parking. They partied late and it was the one problem I had with staff. They did nothing about it.
Pros: New property, very clean with nice rooms. Awesome stand up shower, easy access off interstate. Great free breakfast in morning.
Cons: Nothing, great in every way. I travel quite a bit, this property could easily be a 3.5 start.
Pros: Clean, easy access , friendly staff, great breakfast.😊
Pros: It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was a gourmet meal. This was the nicest, place we stayed for our whole vacation Ne
Pros: Looked like a new facility, if not, it has been very well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed the cookies at the front desk when we checked in .Great place to stay in an area of eastern Colorado where there is not much choice of places to stay.
Pros: Great management and customer service. Inside remodeled nicely.
Cons: To start off, when my partner and I arrived at the Burlington Inn (motel) I was told by the male receptionist that they were overbooked after I had booked a room with them through Kayak five hours before arriving. He said he called me to let me know but there was no record of this and most likely he was just covering his end. He said he could give me a room that was already technically booked because he didn't think the people would show up. I accepted because we had been driving for 20 hours, it was 1am, and I just wanted a place to stay. When we got into the room, it was absolutely horrifying. There were bugs (both dead and alive) ALL over the floor. I have photos to prove this, although this site doesn't allow me to upload any pictures. In addition, the toilet was clogged and the shower was leaking. It was like something out of a horror movie.. I would have taken the Bates Motel over this. Although, while the room was deplorable, it doesn't even come close to how disgusting and vile the receptionist was towards us. He told us we could get our money back and when we called the booking agent they said he refused to refund us. When we went to confront him to ask why he wouldn't give us our money back, he was incredibly disrespectful and refused to cooperate. He provided horrible customer service and only cared about making an extra buck, even though it meant screwing over two young people. However, there was a silver lining. We received our money back in full through the site and future credit for the traumatic experience. Please stay away from this place at all costs!
Pros: Very helpful staff.
Cons: had a problem with reservation kayak site not clear on number of beds booked
Cons: Hotel was very cheap, bathroom had poor quality fixtures and doors were very thin.
Pros: Very nice man at check-in, gave my dog a few treats
Cons: Furniture was dirty and stained, HBO didn't work as advertised, no one answered when I tried to call the front desk.
Cons: cheap pillows
Pros: Not the best experience. If traveling through Burlington again, would choose a different motel.
Cons: Bed was average. Pillows were not comfortable. Economy room.
Pros: The hotel is what it is for the price. Nothing was really wrong. Shower was awesome. That took me for a surprise. Staff was very friendly and professional. Very clean room. I also liked how they had a fridge. Would stay again. Great location.
Cons: Walls towards hall were too thin. Could hear everyone walking around etc. Breakfast was terrible. It was better than nothing, but it was next to nothing and weird, lol.
Cons: We asked for a non smoking room and the whole place and our room smelled like smoke.
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the kind lady who assisted me with the check-in.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable. The only reason I was able to sleep was because I had just drove 9 hours.
Office very unprofessional looking, looked more like a store room for all the junk they couldnt find anywhere else to put. Old fashion, and run down. Shower turned into a bath in no time at all and walls in the bathroom were filthy and covered with questionable stains. Put a $200 deposit charge on my credit card when if you sold everything in the room you could make maybe $50. Yes it came off in the morning but I've stayed in far nicer hotels that did not do that. 'Continental breakfast' consisted of bread in plastic containers, hard boiled eggs, honey buns and instant oatmeal. Would not stay here again.
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Pretty much everything.
I would not recommend this one to anyone. I was on a limited budget, so the unexpected $200 deposit cut into my trip, and I was there for my daughter's wedding. The sheet stains made for questionable cleanliness. The owner/clerk has not mastered English well enough to truly convey concerns....
Pros: The location was the best.
Cons: There were stains on the sheets, I can venture what they were, and should have been thrown out, if they couldn't get them clean enough. It's also the first motel I've stayed in where I needed to have $200 deposit.
The morning breakfast had instant oatmeal, and packaged danishes. Also had a toaster and some breads. Not fancy, but better than nothing. OK for the kids.
Pros: Very basic and clean. Internet OK.
Cons: The hallway did smell of smoke some, but the room did not.
