Looked like a new facility, if not, it has been very well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed the cookies at the front desk when we checked in .Great place to stay in an area of eastern Colorado where there is not much choice of places to stay.
Clean newer hotel in good condition
Nothing To start off, when my partner and I arrived at the Burlington Inn (motel) I was told by the male receptionist that they were overbooked after I had booked a room with them through Kayak five hours before arriving. He said he called me to let me know but there was no record of this and most likely he was just covering his end. He said he could give me a room that was already technically booked because he didn't think the people would show up. I accepted because we had been driving for 20 hours, it was 1am, and I just wanted a place to stay. When we got into the room, it was absolutely horrifying. There were bugs (both dead and alive) ALL over the floor. I have photos to prove this, although this site doesn't allow me to upload any pictures. In addition, the toilet was clogged and the shower was leaking. It was like something out of a horror movie.. I would have taken the Bates Motel over this. Although, while the room was deplorable, it doesn't even come close to how disgusting and vile the receptionist was towards us. He told us we could get our money back and when we called the booking agent they said he refused to refund us. When we went to confront him to ask why he wouldn't give us our money back, he was incredibly disrespectful and refused to cooperate. He provided horrible customer service and only cared about making an extra buck, even though it meant screwing over two young people. However, there was a silver lining. We received our money back in full through the site and future credit for the traumatic experience. Please stay away from this place at all costs!
Very helpful staff. had a problem with reservation kayak site not clear on number of beds booked
Great management and customer service. Inside remodeled nicely.
Comfortable beds and pillows, nicely decorated Sound privacy could be improved. Door had a half-inch space at bottom which allowed hallway conversations to be easily heard.
Great breakfast. Great amenities. Felt unclean to a small extent.
We asked for a non smoking room and the whole place and our room smelled like smoke.
The location was the best. There were stains on the sheets, I can venture what they were, and should have been thrown out, if they couldn't get them clean enough. It's also the first motel I've stayed in where I needed to have $200 deposit.
The staff was surly, the fixtures were broken, there were cockroaches. No way, Jose.
Very basic and clean. Internet OK. The hallway did smell of smoke some, but the room did not.
The best thing about this hotel was the kind lady who assisted me with the check-in. The bed was not comfortable. The only reason I was able to sleep was because I had just drove 9 hours.
Location to the Highway was good. Hotel was very cheap, bathroom had poor quality fixtures and doors were very thin.
Not much. Pretty much everything.
Not the best experience. If traveling through Burlington again, would choose a different motel. Bed was average. Pillows were not comfortable. Economy room.
The hotel is what it is for the price. Nothing was really wrong. Shower was awesome. That took me for a surprise. Staff was very friendly and professional. Very clean room. I also liked how they had a fridge. Would stay again. Great location. Walls towards hall were too thin. Could hear everyone walking around etc. Breakfast was terrible. It was better than nothing, but it was next to nothing and weird, lol.
Very nice man at check-in, gave my dog a few treats Furniture was dirty and stained, HBO didn't work as advertised, no one answered when I tried to call the front desk.
