8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great! Location was great as well.
Cons: The WiFi didn’t work. There was a smell to the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is extremely nice
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Amenities are minimal but that is to be expected for the price. Staff is super friendly (but no English).
Cons: The internet didn't work, and they forgot to pick us up from the airport. The location (la Punta) is nice, but all the surrounding area (Callao) is not a good place for tourists, so you're a bit boxed in.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the availability of transportation to and from the airport. Location near the sea and the center of town was excellent.
Cons: Would have liked more comfortable pillows.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Tremendous location. Basic stay with wooden floors and basic bathroom. But the high ceiling and open window or door all night long with ocean air is priceless. Clean and few minutes from great walks like Miami use to be. Safe and sound.
Cons: Would have like three days.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great location in a beautiful, coastal neighborhood, nice staff, decent hot water and internet, nice, spacious room.
Cons: I feel this place would be a better value for what you get at $20-25/night. Then again, I left in the middle of the night and so didn't really get to take advantage of all they had to offer (e.g., breakfast).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly hosts, airport pickup (and return) worked like a charm. Water in the shower in my room wasnt warm but i stayed only over night for airport transit so not a big deal and I am sure it would have been solved if I had asked for it. The night was very cold but apparently it is one of the coldest winters in history...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice, fairly quiet and clean district of Lima (i have something to compare) and relatively close to the airport (it took ~35 min by Uber that costed ~30 PEN as of May 8th, 2019). Also we had a good breakfast. Very friendly staff despite the fact that speaking only Spanish.
Cons: Very low water pressure in the shower. It was difficult to wash long hair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place it self is great and the area is secure and very quiet. There are police officers at the entrance and exit of the neighborhood. The ssd's staff was very nice and helpful with transportation to the airport for our super early flight. The food and the walk with the beach view were the perfect ending to our trip.
Cons: It was hard to get an uber. Unfortunately, we had to drive by a very insecure area; even the drivers would tell you to roll up the windows and hide your phones.
6.3 Good
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Fiddly shower - first no water then no hot but staff sorted quickly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: La Punta is a great location, close to the beachfront and we were very happy with the extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Thank you, we spent a great time with you! Peter&Ingrid
Holiday Inn Lima Airport - Callao - Bedroom
8.7 Excellent (1,294 reviews)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel seems relatively new, very clean rooms and the staff are great. I left my glasses behind and they found them and got them back to me
Cons: Located at a very busy intersection near the airport, lots of traffic noise at all hours. It takes at least 15 minutes to get to the hotel even though it is so close, because you have to wait for the shuttle
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean and beautiful, but simple rooms. Free airport shuttle is nice since the area around the hotel is not safe for walking. Everyone speaks english. Good for a layover but dont come here for any kind of peruvian experience.
Cons: Hotel restaurant is way over priced for what you get. So are the rooms. Its nice but you can get the same for cheaper in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very helpful and professional, we where traveling with kids so they accommodated us to an early check in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very close to airport, very comfortable beds!
Cons: Did not feel safe walking around the property after dark
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast: how about some normal scrambled eggs, not “doctored” ones? Breakfast hostess not up to date about who paid, I felt embarrassed when she insisted that I hadn’t....
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast buffet, clean room
6.8 Good
Pros: The hotel provides good comfort and escape from the surround.
Cons: The area arround the hotel is not very safe.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: some really helpful staff
Cons: shuttle wasn't available at airport no info about how to get it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived early evening and left at 4 a.m., but during our time at the Holiday Inn, we ate in the restaurant, showered, slept, and used the shuttle. The shuttle picked us up from our flight, took us to the hotel, had an easy check in, and then we went to our room, which was clean and well-appointed. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the service attentive and friendly. We were extremely thankful for the shuttle the next morning! They even had free coffee in the lobby for all the early leavers.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: People of the hotel can speak English
Cons: Expensive hotel for nothing... Wifi was not working. We can hear the sound of the airport

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are awesome, easy to communicate, very friendly. Breakfast was included, quite delicious.
Cons: The location... it's a bit sketchy neighborhood, our uber driver warned us that Callao is the most dangerous district in the area. But once I'm in the hotel, it's very safe. Location is a bit far from Lima & Miraflores (~40 mins drive). If you are okay with this, it's a great value hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The building is spectacular
Cons: The immediate neighborhood seemed lovely but on the way there, it felt a little sketchy. We did not have any problems though, just make sure you get a reliable driver.
8.3 Excellent

Paypurix Hostel - Lima Airport - Callao - Bedroom
8.1 Excellent (1,469 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Paypurix Hostel - Lima Airport in Callao, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Plaza San Martin and Plaza Norte Peru. Featured amenities include a business center, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, helpful, friendly staff
Cons: Cold showers
7.0 Good
Pros: We only needed somewhere close to the airport to stay overnight. So location was handy but would probably try somewhere else next time.
Cons: Hostel is located along a main road so be prepared for some loud traffic noise at times but probably also depends on the room you get. We arranged a taxi through them (they appear to only use 1 guy - we had him for pick up and drop off). Taxi driver was friendly but the car is on it's last legs. Note it's S/25 before midnight and S/30 after midnight each way. So factor that into the final cost.
7.5 Good
Pros: 20 minute walk from the airport, super friendly staff. The location seems dodgy, but it's fine. There is just absolutely nothing around but a prison and some industrial premises.
Cons: Additional services are pricey. The airport taxi they organised for us was 25 Soles for a 5 minute ride... felt waaay too much (we took a cab ourselves from the hostel to a bus station 45minutes away and paid 50...). Luggage storage costs 10 Soles per day. When we checked in (really early, like 6 am), they gave us beds which weren't cleaned/made. The food was so-so, Wifi was bad. Overall the hostel lacks some atmosphere and love.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This place change a lot since my last visit. All staff as usually was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Super Hot water in the shower was amazing after 20h flight ! Thank you
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Receptionists were nice. Very quick response to my questions online. Breakfast is amazing (eggs, every fruit ever, coffee/hot water, yogurt, fruit juice, etc.), the bed was super comfortable (in the 12-bed dorm), they had lockers, shower was hot with an electric head, and the terrace was nice. Had ping pong and pool table that were in good shape too!
Cons: I only saw 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs, 1 for the 12-bed dorm) so maybe not enough? Maybe there were others I missed. Annoying to pay for printing, to pay for a towel, and food seemed to me quite expensive. No elevated table to study/work at...the tables were all super-low that made it impossible for me to work comfortably.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport for a night between flights, great breakfast, nice warm shower. Pick up and drop off service from and to the airport
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast.
Cons: Property is in an industrial looking area.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: -Close enough to the airport, 30min wAlk, 5min by taxi( if you walk out of the airport, you can get a taxi for 8sol while inside the airport they might charge you 30~40) -Very comfy bed and clean toilet -I didn’t take the breakfast buffet but it looks good, a lot of fruit.
Cons: -The street is extremely noisy, a lot of trucks passing by during the whole night. get ear plugs if you have a very light sleep. -You have to pay 8sol to stay at the hostel after checkout, I have travelled to more than 50 countries, it’s the first time I see a rule like this .
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to airport, and they can help to book early taxi and they can change dollars to Peru sol. It’s cheap
Cons: All the rooms are mix rooms and it’s nothing of comfortable
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff is very nice!
Cons: The kitchen is only open from 9h30 to 17h and it wasn’t written anywhere online.

Padama Hotel - Callao - Building
7.2 Good (548 reviews)
Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: great location, nice and clean room and very friendly working staff
Cons: no meal services
6.8 Good
Pros: The location close to the airport
Cons: I stayed there only to pass 6 hours from one flight to another and asked for transfer at 3:00 am. The transfer arrived and they didn´t call my room as I´ve asked and I missed the alarm and almost miss the flight. Since it was the only reason which I stayed there, I think they were able to do whatthey were supposed to
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful. They found a laundry for us and helped us get our clothes done early. They let us check out later than usual because we had a late flight. They also recommended a good restaurant in the area for dinner.
Cons: The area is working class residential. If you are expecting lots of tourist type amenities, don't stay here. There are a few restaurants in the area that serve good food but no coffee shops.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was okay
Cons: The location was sooo bad and it seems like cabs are changing a flat rate from the airport.
2.2 Mediocre
Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: This place was $50 a night for a hard bed, no air conditioning, thin walls and a very sketchy neighborhood. They also charged us for the breakfast that was supposed to be free, charged us USD for water in the room that has a price listed in Sols. Finally they charged us $20 USD for transportation from the airport, which was a total rip off. The same taxi ride in Cusco from the airport to a hotel that was about the same distance for only 10 Sols! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: I had to bridge some time with my family between flights in Lima but didn't have time (or need!) to go to the touristy places. For that, Padama is an excellent choice: Very friendly and helpful staff, safe place inside, excellent rooms with everything one needs, nice beds, nice warm showers. A bit Spartan but complete and warm breakfast (on top 6th flow with nice view). Staff helped to get my laundry done for a few bucks.
Cons: Even though it is about 1km from airport, can't find a taxi taking you there below S/45. (Hotel helps with return to airport for S/30.) The neighborhood would look very poor by US-standards. It's probably working class people focused on raising their families and relatively save as that. But I would definitely "stick out" as a gringo, so I would not advise running around the neighborhood gratuitously, and definitely not at night. Let the friendly staff call you a taxi. Considering its distance from downtown or tourist areas, this is not a good base to visit Lima. As most places in South America, wifi is weak. We slept well, but the noise in the open staircase can propagate the whole place at times when people check in. (No elevators! But staff helps with luggage.)
7.0 Good
Pros: It’s not too far from the airport.
Cons: Stay overnight is okay
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to the airport. Gets so fast.
Cons: Accommodation is not so good
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I had an eleven hour layover at LIM airport and decided to stay at Padama. The shuttle service, $20 USD, was well worth the price for the convenience and stress free experience. You are given more than you deserve when paying $30 or less a night for a room. Breakfast is included (eggs, bread, coffee, and a juice concoction). There is no elevator, but the staff will carry your bags up the stairs for you (there are 6 stories). My room had no AC, but I slept well with the provided fan. It was only 70 degree highs when I visited in May. If you are looking for amenities such as an iron board, fast wifi, business center, etc., stay at one of the airport hotels. Bring a wash cloth as none are provided, but towels are. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would stay here again.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was lovely and the shower was hot. A great place to stay near the airport and to explore beautiful Callao.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to airport, hot water, helpful staff.
Cons: Old, needs renovation, not very clean. The most expensive stay in Peru, not worth the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast not good. but for price and location very good
Cons: bathroom amenities, no hot water in basin...only in shower. no english channels on tv. no cupboard.
